'Snow Elk' Milensa, Sixth Era 1168-1242, this was 48 years ago, her promotional performance on Shining Indium Star Domain's Ice Crystal-α Star.
In order to improve the economy of her hometown, the Shining Indium Star Domain, 'Snow Elk' Milensa invited several mega-corporations to extract underground minerals on Ice Crystal-α Star and develop downstream industries. This performance was part of her promotional efforts to support these corporations.
During the performance, Milensa promised and painted a vision of a wonderful future, which generated expectations and goodwill among many live audience members as well as residents who watched the broadcast. This paved the way for large-scale mining operations and, unusually, led to nearly a million locals being relocated to other cities.
