"Waaaah!!"
As the giant jellyfish was defeated, Arthur was naturally released from its grasp.
But this also meant he was plummeting from the sky.
Just before he hit the ground, Neptunemon caught him in time.
"Thanks… and you too, Batman."
Arthur looked at Batman and expressed his gratitude.
"No need to thank me."
Batman glanced at the surrounding monsters.
Even after slaying one massive creature, more and more continued to appear.
What was worse, the blood pool was still constantly spawning them—it was endless!
"Shizuka said they used a bomb capable of destroying the Earth to scare off the monsters in the blood pool and stop them from coming out. If we had a force that powerful, we could stop them too… but how do we get that kind of power?"
Bruce Wayne was at a loss.
Their world didn't have anything close to an Earth-destroying bomb.
The strongest attack they had was Diana's Sword of Oath of Victory.
But even when she had previously stabbed her enormous light blade into the blood pool, it hadn't frightened the monsters. It probably just wasn't powerful enough.
Bruce looked ahead. Diana was currently wielding her massive light blade, cleaving a kilometer-long shark-like monster—covered in steel-like scales and lobster claws—cleanly in two.
"Huff… huff…"
Diana was visibly exhausted, panting heavily—a rare sight.
She was mainly targeting the giant monsters that ranged from several hundred meters to over a kilometer in size, each incredibly formidable.
To face them, Diana had to unleash tremendous amounts of light energy from her sword, draining her stamina significantly.
"Ahhh!!"
But the smaller monsters weren't going to let her rest. They swarmed her ferociously from all directions.
"Knightfall, deploy."
At that moment, the mechanical voice of the Knight Summoner Device echoed.
A group of Kamen Riders of Night galloped over, drawing their swords and decapitating the surrounding monsters.
"Diana! Are you alright?" Bruce Wayne called out.
"To be honest… this is the most exhausting battle I've ever experienced. I need to rest for a bit."
After saying that, Diana drew the scabbard of Avalon—the Distant Ideal Land—and activated its barrier.
Inside the barrier, the monsters couldn't touch them, and the magical energy would rapidly restore Diana's stamina.
It also allowed Bruce to receive healing.
"We need Arthur and Barry over here too. They could use some rest," Diana noted as she glanced around.
"Let's hope they're still able to hear the communicator. Oh right, did you see what Shizuka said?" Bruce asked.
"She said they threw a world-ending bomb into the blood pool and detonated it, scaring all the monsters into coming out."
"What?!"
Diana was shocked.
She simply couldn't fathom what kind of bomb could destroy the Earth.
"Looks like you didn't see it. Either way, let's focus. Right now, you're the one with the strongest destructive power. Can your Sword of Oath of Victory unleash enough power to match a bomb that could destroy the Earth?"
Bruce cut straight to the point.
"You want me to use the Sword of Oath of Victory to unleash that kind of power to scare the monsters in the blood pool…"
Diana frowned, unsure.
"The sword holds immense power. If I could fully release it, maybe it could work… but I don't know if I can handle it."
She had never attempted to draw out the full might of the sword before—and wasn't sure she could withstand it.
"Maybe it's time to take that risk. It's our only chance," Bruce pleaded.
Hearing that, Diana took a deep breath. The fatigue in her eyes was replaced by a burning battle spirit.
"Alright. Let's bet everything on this."
"Hey! Guys, the monsters are about to break through the energy barrier!!"
Just then, Barry's anxious voice came through the communicator.
"What?!"
Bruce and Diana instantly looked toward the energy shield.
Sure enough, in front of the barrier, several hundred-meter-tall monsters were relentlessly hammering away at it.
Under their crushing blows, the struck areas were cracking badly—it wouldn't take much more for a breach to form.
"No!!"
This was the last thing Bruce Wayne wanted to see. If those monsters got out, the consequences would be catastrophic.
"Diana, focus all your power into the Sword of Oath of Victory and strike the blood pool. Arthur, try to cover her!"
Bruce gave his orders and immediately called his dark-winged bat mount, which was feasting on monsters. He leapt onto its back and flew straight toward the cracked section of the barrier!
"Hey, lady! Let's go!"
Arthur and Neptunemon blasted a path through a horde of monsters to clear the way for Diana.
"Thanks!"
With no better option, Diana followed Bruce's plan and charged toward the blood pool.
At the same time, Barry was zipping through the battlefield at near-light speed, swinging the Sword of Vulcan, cutting down monster after monster.
At this absurd speed, he could kill tens of thousands of monsters his own size within a second.
As for those towering monsters hundreds of meters tall, Barry had to dash up their necks and sever their spines, causing them to spray blood and collapse.
For those without necks, he found ways to pierce holes through their heads and bring them down!
Right now, he was focused on the monsters attacking the barrier.
"Fall! Just fall already!"
Barry stood on the head of a particularly bloated monster—its head and torso fused into a lump, limbs thick as pillars—and stabbed into its skull repeatedly, drawing copious amounts of blood.
Thankfully, the Sword of Vulcan wasn't a mundane weapon.
Otherwise, Barry wouldn't even be able to injure this thing.

Infuriated by the pain in its head, the monster raised a massive arm to swat at Barry.
But to Barry, it moved in slow motion. Before the hand could land, he had already jumped onto another monster—a bipedal lizard-like creature.
Smack!
The bloated monster accidentally crushed its own skull with its blow and collapsed with a thunderous crash.
"Hah… hah… Barry, hang in there…"
Barry panted heavily. Continuous high-speed movement was draining his stamina like crazy. His organs felt like they were on fire.
But even so, Barry couldn't afford to back down.
"I'm terrified… but I've lasted this long. Guess I'm growing stronger…"
He muttered to himself while slashing open the lizard monster's neck.
Just then—WHACK! A massive tentacle slammed into Barry, sending him flying!
