For the rest of the day, it didn't seem like Killian was going to come back, not at least any time soon.
The new text messages, no phone calls, no voicemails. There was absolutely no communication from Killian's side. It made it seem like Killian was never planning on contacting Brandon ever again.
For a moment, he did not have any problem with that. He was certainly enjoying the feeling of the silence.
Until the time that he was not.
Brandon completed the laundry, restocked everything needed for his grocery, took care and cleaned out the fridge, cleaned it from the outside and inside, the entire kitchen, took care of his floors, then the bathroom, and after some time, there was just nothing to do.
He considered calling Megan, but she was out on a date, so he did not want to disturb her.
