"Ahem, Phi, Big Brother wants to know if you're a male or female so I can call you either little sister or little brother… so, which one are you?" I asked, with an awkward smile, afterall I didn't expect myself to be asking this to a phoenix, especially since the said phoenix came from the WonderRide Book.
"ah! Phi, is a boy!" Phi replied with a big and proud smile.
"I see, I see! Phi is a good boy!" I once again scratched the little chick's head which made him giggle once more… well more like chirp in happiness.
"Umu! Now that you are done evolving, I think we need to move now, your Sister-in-law is waiting for us in the manor!" I said with enthusiasm.
What?... It's fine to brag from time to time, no? Even if Rem and I aren't dating still, at least I got Roswaal's permission.
And besides! I'll do anything to make her mine, I wanna do some cuddles and sleep with her on a soft mattress, waking up in the first sun shine and seeing her lovely face will immediately make my day for sure.
"Big brother?"
I froze and realized that I had daydream…or wait, nightdream?
"Big Brother are you there?" Phi's voice finally woke me up, and I apologized for dozing.
"It's fine, Big Brother! I know you love Sister-in-law so much" Phi said in understanding, surprising me as he actually never met Rem, so how come he says that?
"Ah! That's because Phi can read Big Brother's s-sh-shurface thoughts!" Phi responded, stuttering in the middle which is friggin adorable!!!
"Eheheh! Thank you Big Brother!"Phi says.
"Ah right… Umm. Can Phi not read Big Brother's mind? We can talk inside our mind whenever we want but no peeking on big Brother's thoughts, okay? Only bad people do that" I asked him gently, and softly, afterall Phi is just a child.
A good child if I may add.
"Yes! Phi is not a bad boy!" He responded with sincerity which made me want to cuddle with him even more, so I did just dad which made Phi happy once again.
"Alrighty, Phi… let's go!" I announced before I looked around at the low-class spirits surrounding us and expressed my gratitude for protecting the two of us.
The spirits responded by twinkling their body color, expressing their gratitude as well.
Apparently, just being near Phi while he was awakening his new state helped them massively since they could absorb the ambient mana that was being purified by Phi's awakening.
How I knew of this you ask? Well… Phi could talk with them! Or, understand their thoughts.
Anyhow, after parting away from the gathering of spirits, we started our brief "journey" towards the Roswaal manor.
Surprisingly, no Ulgram's attacked us… it's like they got eliminated or something.
…Oh wait, silly me.

Not long after, I was in front of the Manor gates marveling at the sight, excitement welled up inside of me as I would finally get to see this undoubtedly legendary place.
"Another one crossed off my bucket list!" I happily smiled.
Phi went back inside the Eternal Phoenix WonderRide Book as he was actually pretty tired from his awakening before.
Mentally that is, as he had to manually refine the mana before absorbing them, so despite my great reluctance of parting with my adorable little partner, I did the right thing by asking him to go back, despite his protest for some reason.
But I was firm and didn't falter, despite almost giving in multiple times as he did the puppy eyes.
Who knew avians could do that.
Besides, the journey here was pretty boring as I couldn't even sense a single ulgram in the near vicinity. I wanted to stop by the village but I eventually shook my head as they had most definitely slept by now, aside from the villagers tasked for guard duty of course.
Anyhow, I arrived here not long after and I didn't know how to make myself known.
Nobody is also coming to get me despite Roswaal most definitely knowing that I have arrived here already.
Is he just planning on ditching me here? Well, I suppose it's fine, a bit rude but it's fine.
"Sigh, Pity, I can't see Rem in her night dress, she must be pretty adorable. Ram would be adorable too of course, they are twins after all, a pair of lovely and beautiful twins" I muttered in dismay before sighing in pity, but inwardly I smiled mischievously as I know that either of the twins, or both is most likely nearby listening.
Although, it is true that I don't mind sleeping outside tonight. I can just enter inside my sanctuary after all. But why do that when I can camp outside and witness the magnificent night sky?
So, I walked away from the gate and circled around towards the cliff where Subaru died multiple times in the anime.
And where me and Ram also met for the first time.
"Humm~ humm~" I hummed happily as I took out my duffle bag from my inventory before taking out another bag, but this time, it's a tent bag full of the items I can use to erect a big tent.
"Heck, Nobody can stop me from sleeping here, not even Ram!" I mused as I, slowly but surely finished setting up the tent.
I nodded in satisfaction and followed up on my previous statement.
"Although if Rem were to come, I would think about it… Heck! Better yet, I will convince her to sleep here with me!"
I afterwards put my duffle bag inside the tent, before taking out some chopped wood logs I kept in my inventory, and starting a fire successfully.
Then, I proceeded to take out some cooking utensils, a foldable kitchen table, and an A5 Wagyu that I requested from my buddy Jinho.
After that, I took out my seasonings, some thyme, butter, and a few onion cloves.
Once done, I nodded before I took out a fancy rectangular wooden table, a pair of chairs, and a tablecloth which I draped on top of the table before I put down an Aromatic candle and a flower vase with red Roses.
I had decided to pack them up just in case whenever I felt like using it later, and now I did.
It's totally not because I was planning on having a surprise dinner date with Rem or anything…
"Humu! Decor is done! Now it's time to set up a barrier- is I would say if I could, but I can't so eh.," I shrugged.
"Guess I gotta go learn magic from Rimuru later!" I said to myself and kept a mental note of it.
Afterwards, I proceeded to cook some nice medium rare steak. Along with potato fries as a side dish that will be dipped in garlic aioli.
I made a lot, because for one, even If I can't eat it all, I have the inventory to store it in, which will preserve its freshness and hotness for an indefinite amount of time.
And later, If needed then I can take it out!
And for the other chair? I just felt like it..
Idk, maybe satella will decide to have a meal with me or something, kek.
After finishing plating the steak and fries, I put two of them into the table facing face to face, and took out some red wine and wine glass which I poured on the two glasses.
I nodded proudly once the set up was done and snapped a photo using the chat group system and posted it there with the caption:Having a Dinner date with someone, before closing it afterwards, not waiting for the members to respond.
Afterall, It's truly a great night to eat a fancy dinner as I oversee this magnificent, starry night-sky.
As for the other plate full of food and glass with wine, I'm planning on consuming those as well after I'm done with mine.
"Humu! It's time to dig in! Itadakimasuuu!!!" I announced to myself before I picked up my wine glass to take a sip
"Itadakimasu"
"COUGH, COUGH…. What the heck?!" I exclaimed after almost choking and looked at the uninvited guests sitting across from me, eating the steak I cooked.
"Oh, it's just Ram." I sighed in relief seeing the familiar pink hair and haughty face.
But she didn't say anything and just ate the other steak quietly, her eyes entirely focused on it.
"I… Meh, Enjoy it I guess?" I shrugged and let it go, afterall, who would pass on a dinner date with a gorgeous woman? Only those who swing the other way would do that.
Besides, I'm completely serious about my "threat" on Roswaal and Puck before, I will make their daughters fall.
So I'll just treat this as an initiation of "war" against them.
I may not have practical experience, but my theoretical knowledge is absolute!

Seeing that Ram was still quiet, I just shrugged before I started eating my own plate of steak, and occasionally dipping my potato fries on the aioli I had made.
I had, of course, matched my pace with Ram's so as to not make things awkward.
I finished eating a little bit faster than her, but not by much, only to enjoy gazing at the eye candy that is Ram while she savored my steak and fries.
I ain't gonna lie, Ram is as gorgeous as Rem but has her unique charm, just as Rem does.
Ram finished sipping her wine and sighed in bliss before she looked at me, finally acknowledging my existence.
"How was it?" I smiled knowingly at her before I reached out my hand holding a napkin and wiped the stray aioli besides her lips.
She was surprised by that gesture, which was expected, as seen with her eyes widening for a bit, but she remained composed,her eyes sharply looking at me.
From a spectator's point of view, she seemed mad, but, in my eyes she's just trying to compose herself, but didn't work entirely because her ears glowed a shade of red which made me grin inwardly.
"So, Ram, what can this traveler do for you?" I said with a cheery tone, acting as if what I did was nothing but a simple gesture.
Which it is, for me at least, I have no idea about her though, as from what I know in the anime, she seems to love Roswaal due to her developing the "princess syndrome" after she and Rem were rescued "that" night.
But, the Ram I was facing and had interacted before seemed to be a bit different. Sure, she still had that haughty and prideful attitude, but her feelings for Roswaal when she mentioned him before seemed to be a bit different?
Although, let's delve on that for another time, what's more important is her in front of me.
"Ah? Ahem. Roswaal-sama had told me to guide you towards the manor." She said calmly before gesturing for me to follow.
But I shook my head and replied.
"Nah, I wanna spend the night here for now. Instead, would you like to join me here?"
I asked with a grin, hoping to tease her, but what she said made me change my mind.
"Oh? That's a pity then, Roswaal-sama had even asked Rem to greet you at the gate on this freezing night, she must be really cold right now, afterall, just like me, she was wearing her sleeping gown." She said calmly before she stood up, making me notice that she is, in fact, wearing a nightgown as well, a pink one with frills near the base of her neck and the end of the dress, with a tiny blue bowtie in the center of her chest area.
"Ahem! Wait a sec." I voiced before I waved my hand, making all the items here, except for the fire disappear, as I stored them inside my inventory.
Then,with a snap of my finger the fire got put out.
And before Ran could further react, I took her arm into mine and smiled.
"Let's go?"
Yes…I won't deny, I'm a massive simp.
But they are worth it!
"Ah… nevermind, let's go." Said Ram before she and I walked back towards the main gate, her arm wrapped around mine.
'Yeap, this confirms it… This is an alternate universe, because the Ram that I know would not accept this and would most definitely step on my foot.' I thought as I looked at the sky.
"Hm? Are you perhaps thinking of something rude?" Ram suddenly said while tightening her hold on my arms, which made me feel pain.
Oni physique is truly scary.
"Hm???" She asked, tightening it even more.
"Ouch! I didn't! I was just thinking of how gorgeous you and Rem are." I wryly said, which seemed to be enough as she lightened her hold on my arms, harrumphing and said.
"I'll forgive you this time." Before she completely let go of my arm, which is a pity but I understood as the two of us had finally arrived near the front gate.
She walked faster in front of me while humming happily which made me sigh in relief.
I smiled not long after and sped up as well.
The two of us reached the gate not long after, and Rem was there, wearing a similar nightgown with Ram, with only the primary color being different as it was sky blue, the bow on the middle of her chest area is also that of a pink color, opposite that of Ram's blue color. She looked around, awaiting our arrival.
I smiled at this, making me even fall for her. As she looked truly adorable looking around briefly before gazing at the night sky.
Rem noticed us appearing the second we stepped near and she smiled happily seeing Rem, skipping towards us, or rather Ram.
"Sissy!" She said, before hugging Ram briefly and later greeted me.
"Hello Jin!" She greeted me with her blooming smile making my heart throb.
Although, outwardly I responded with a smile and said.
"Hey Rem, The moon is really beautiful tonight, don't you think so?"
"Hm? Oh yes, it's quite beautiful indeed" She responded with puzzlement, and I just smiled knowingly at this.
"Right, You're as beautiful as always, my lady." I complimented her and reached out my hands, which she accepted as she put her hand in mine, which I proceeded to kiss.
"Oh, Jin. You don't have to be so formal, but thank you. You look lovely tonight as well" she replied with a smile, her ears glowing in a shade of red just like Ram before.
I smiled at this, while my hand was roaring to squish her very very soft looking face.
"Ahem, shall we?" I asked.
