A golden streak of light fell into the village, and Gerd and Gai rushed out upon hearing the noise, immediately throwing themselves at the visitor with faces full of surprise:
"Luo En, you're back?"
Luo En nodded, his gaze sweeping around before finally settling on the two little girls, he asked:
"Where is Scadi? Isn't she here?"
"Didn't you know? Sister Scadi came back to the village last night and didn't stay long. She was worried about your safety and drove off to Dwarf Country."
"Didn't you come across her?" the two little girls asked one after another.
Met her, and it was quite the encounter.
A wave of irritation surged in Luo En's heart as he raised his hand to rub his throbbing forehead.
The two little girls, fearing that Luo En didn't grasp the intentions of the Winter Goddess, chattered additively:
