Cygnus, Kepler-452 star system.
Kepler-452 is a G-type main-sequence star, 1400 light-years away from Earth, with a temperature similar to the Sun, and slightly greater mass and radius. Orbiting at a radius of 1.04 AU from Kepler-452 is the system's only planet, Kepler-452b.
Kepler-452b is a rocky planet, about 60% larger in size than Earth, with an Earth Similarity Index (ESI) of approximately 0.83. The star system is stable, and terraforming costs are relatively low, making it a prime Terra-class planet for cosmic development. As early as the Earth-0 era, Terra Group had devised a comprehensive habitability modification plan for Kepler-452b. With advancements in technology, all technical barriers were eventually overcome.
Thus, by today, the question of whether to colonize and develop Kepler-452b has boiled down solely to the issue of "cost."
