As expected, the Green Giants seem to be the most civilized of these Cosmic Humans. They refer to themselves as envoys of the Fleet Leader, and their civilization appears to be a group of exiled people living aboard Colony Starships. Their six colony ships operate under a parliamentary system and lack a homeworld of their own race.
Moreover, they don't even have official military ranks. Rather than being soldiers, they resemble nomadic tribes. Their demands are fairly straightforward—they want to colonize Earth or at least replenish resources for their colony ships.
Lastly, we come to the Rat People. Despite the number of Cosmic Humans here, they still stand out as the odd ones. Even they admit they're not human.
