Although this kind of situation is rare in Cosmic Civilizations, it does exist. Once civilizations reach the Fourth Level Cosmic Civilization or above, genetic concerns become less significant. At the Fifth and Sixth Level Cosmic Civilizations, if necessary, not only can genetic issues be resolved, even carbon-based lifeforms and elemental lifeforms can produce offspring together.
Back then, the Chapter of the Golden Dragon within the Golden Races was a culmination of such hybrid races, and it was a completely harmonious, side-effect-free hybrid race.
