By reaching the territory of the Cyclops Clan, with the aid of the technological facilities, information gathering, manpower, and material resources of the Cyclops Race and its subsidiary races, the Human Forces quickly became a Fifth Level Cosmic Civilization, while also upgrading their warships, motherships, weaponry, and civilian technology to the standards of a Fifth Level Cosmic Civilization.
