Chapter 121 - Three's A Crowd

How could this happen? How did they find out?! What do I do now?

"Why don't you both just leave? You won't get the answers you want," I grimly groaned while drinking my espresso.

"We know he's one of ours. We won't be leaving," Dimitri responded while cooking breakfast.

"We'll both stay and raise him if you insist on not having a DNA test to see which of us is his father," Reign added.

With a frustrated grunt, I tossed my espresso aside and wanted nothing more than a drink. Only I couldn't drink. This situation was making my head spin in circles.

"You think you can just move into my home?" I snapped.

"I think you'll let us," Dimitri replied.

 "Why's that?" I huffed.

Dimitri's eyes met mine. Fuck. Why did he have to be so handsome?

"I'm a good father, and Reign is an exceptional young man. We both love you. We'll both love Aodhan in the same way. We have a right to be in his life. He shouldn't grow up thinking he had a father that didn't love him," Dimitri stated.

"Oh, so now, instead of no Daddy, there's two," I sarcastically cackled. How the Hell do you plan on explaining that to him?!"

"Mom?" Aodhan yawned while wiping the sleep from his eyes.

 "Aodhan-"

"I made pancakes with a chocolate smile and whipped cream for the young boss man," Dimitri beamed, scooping down and picking Aodhan up in his arms.

"What the Hell are you doing?!" I gritted.

"So we were thinking of staying with you and your mommy from now on. What do you think about that?" Dimitri asked.

I was about to slap Dimitri when Reign seized my wrist. What the Hell was happening? I'm not even in control of my own life now?

"Are they staying, Mom?" Aodhan asked.

 "I-I"

"The pancakes look good!" Aodhan began to wake up, "Can I have them, Mom, please?!"

"Ugh," I sighed. Whenever Aodhan looked at me like that, I always melted, "Okay."

I folded my arms over my chest as Reign and Dimitri took Aodhan to the back porch and set the table to eat. I bit my lower lip. What should I do? I am pregnant now, and having two kids will be a lot. Having the bar on top of that would make it overwhelming without help, and I can't keep asking Ariel to do it. The sight of the three of them together did bring a twinge of happiness to my heart.

Wait-no. No, this isn't what I wanted, but is this what Aodhan needs?

 I walked closer to them.

"When you're finished and get cleaned up, why don't we throw a football around/ Or teach you how to ride a bike?" Reign offered.

 "Really?!" Aodhan excitedly exclaimed.

The chocolate smeared across his cheek caused a giggle from my throat. They all looked back at me.

"Mom! They teach me how to ride a bike! Can I?! Can I?!" Aodhan beamed.

I couldn't bring myself to break the happiness on his face. All I could do was nod.

"Yeah!!" Aodhan jumped, "I'm going to get dressed and brush my teeth!"

I watched his little legs move as fast as they could from excitement.

"He's getting so big," I whispered.

I felt warm lips on my left cheek. It was Dimitri.

"We don't want to miss any more time with him," he confessed before taking the dishes inside.

I felt warm lips on my right cheek. It was Reign.

"We'll take him and buy him everything he needs," he added.

I wanted to object and yell at them to leave, but I couldn't. Seeing my son so happy in such a way for the first time brought joy to my heart. Now it's time to figure out how to tell them I'm pregnant.
