After finalizing everything, I was officially become the lion tribe leader and then I issued my first order.
I ordered the army to go and bring the beast tribe island to the lion tribe island, I plan to attach the two island, this way I can control the beast tribe.
While they were gone, I and sevro went wolf hunting, actually I just observed and I watched how he hunted a wolf and skinned the wolf and used it as a cloak.
I suggest something to him, I told him that I want him to create a team, made out of the best and most skilled fighters, and I want him to lead them.
"You want me to do what?" He asked even though I told him
"What? You always wanted to have a chance to climb the ladder, now this is your chance"I said
"But do you think I'm the best? I admit I am one of the best fighter in this tribe but I'm not the absolute best, you have better option"he said
"Then you just simply need to improve"I said
"I train a lot but it would take time" he said
"Not if I help you" I said
"How?" He asked but I didn't answer and just put my hand on his shoulder and used empowerment and give him armament haki, observation haki, acid immunity, bronze skin, weapon mastery, killing intend, sharpshooter and temperature resistance skills. After that I moved my aura into his body and unlocked his aura.
I never empowered someone this much but sevro level is high and he is a ghost so he can handle it, I didn't give him any magic skills because he doesn't have mana.
After unlocking his aura I give him aura control or it other name, aura manipulation.
I can feel his aura, it's a lot. It's make sense, aura is related to soul, and he is a ghost.
Sevro start trembling and kneel and hold his head in pain.
I waited for him to recover and after he finally did he stood up and looked at me with a surprised face.
"How?!" He asked with disbelief, surprised and a used a low tone
"It's one of my many abilities" I said
He raised his fist and turned black, with dark aura surrounding it.
"This is called armament haki, right?"he asked with uncertainty
"Yes"
"I feel I could even defeat Ragnar now, if he was alive"he said with a smirk
"Bloody hell, I will create the most deadly legion for you, Edward" he said with a crazy grin"I'm going to spend some time here, think this through"
I smiled at him, nodded and start flying toward lion tribe city but before I go I turned around and looked at him
"By the way, the name of your group is howlers"I said and left
It took half a day but with 1000 thousand ghost, even if the island is huge they succeed to bring the island
The beast tribe island was covered in snow, totally different weather.
I told the beast tribe that I am the new leader of lion tribe and now their new leader, I told them that I don't treat anyone differently, whatever they are from the lion tribe or beast tribe and that I, myself just joined the lion tribe, they were confused at first but gradually accept it and even welcomed this change. They are happy that now that the leader is someone that doesn't have any problem with them, they also admire strength and know that I killed their leader so they also respect me.
For the rest of the day I didn't do anything else, I want to give them time to adjust to their new reality.
(Lillith pov)
While everyone were discussing the new leader and some even went to the beast tribe, enjoying the snowy landscapes view, I on the other hand went to my home and just sat at the couch.
After 10 minutes, I'm certain it's all part of the outsider plan, I don't how but I'm certain.
Combined with the fact that sevro is so relaxed with this I'm sure he knew about this.
I made many plans, it's all seems useless now.
Should I start planning against outsider? Should I accept this? Should I try to get the best I can? Should I leave and start new? Should I try... Argh

With everything settled I can finally take a look at my rewards.

Espresso with dark chocolate is simply divine, especially if you are tried and don't have any energy.

We made some small talk and drank our coffee with chocolate. Finally it's time to talk about the elephant in the room.

It's been a week and I did a few things, first they now have chess board and chess pieces and I taught them how to play, I also was thinking about creating a hospital but I smacked myself in the head because with ghosts healing factor they don't need a fucking hospital.
So I did the best next thing, created couple of schools. I created Preschools, Elementary schools, Middle schools and High schools.
The children went to the schools and if they didn't match the years then my shadow clones would use implant data and teach them the necessary thing, I also made many ghost into teachers by implanting data, now we have a working educational system.
I also made a paper factory and people who went to chop the trees, I also taught them how to make paper using implant data.
Why I created such thing? Well students need paper, I also created multiple shop, one for clothes with people learning such thing again from me and a shop that sells pen and etc.
At schools they learn the regular thing except in the history book, a part of it is talking about me and how I saved them from a tyrant ruler, yes I already begin the brainwashing, should I create something like the will of fire from Naruto? It worked so damn well but no I won't do it, I rather my people kill the enemy, not sacrifices themselves. Some even killed their own family cough Itachi cough.
I made a public bathroom, one for men and one for women, I also assigned guards to keep away the perverts.
I also created couple of restaurants, give the cooking skills to some ghost and hire some staff and now we have working restaurants.
I also created some amusement park for the kids and some swimming pools.
I also created id cards for everyone with a little special touch, this way no one can fake my id cards and I even give them a last name, they were very excited about it.
I also thrown the egg with that giant creature into a sea in ghost zone, he is already out of his egg and his growing bigger, also the ghost zone have effected him while he was in the egg so now I have a baby ghost Gargantuan Leviathan.
I have 4000 thousand people combined, only 1500 thousand of them are soldiers, is it enough? Obviously no, it's enough to conquer the other tribes but not most of the ghost zone.
I was thinking when

"Come in"I said and sevro came inside with a ghost being dragged behind him
"I caught this rat while I was training my observation haki and hunting for our new members"sevro said, sevro based on my advice take every member of the howlers goes wolf hunting and they all wear it as a cloak
"A spy?"I asked
"A spy"he confirmed
I looked at him and saw his look, a look that say I won't talk no matter what, I could waste time torture him or I can do this.
"Sleep" I said and cast sleep on him and he immediately fall asleep
Then I used the dream skills I got from the succubus of konosuba world and created a dream for him, in his dream he got the chance to escape, he returned to his tribe as a hero and immediately explained everything to a superior officer, I found out that they already know about me and that the iron tribe and the red tribe is forming an alliance to face me and he was sent here to get more information.
Well let's not waste any time, I put my hand on the sleeping ghost and burn him to dust, he woke up screaming but eventually died.
"Damn" sevro said
"The iron tribe and the red tribe is forming an alliance"I said" do you know what that's mean?"
Sevro give me a chilling grin and said" the war is coming sooner than we thought"
"That's right" I said
"Sevro, summon the howlers"

Author: okay I know the update is a mess but what can I do?
I have my exams coming up and I really don't have enough time, but fear not for I won't abandon this fanfic.
Anyway in the next chapter will be awesome there will be war and MC eventually create his own kingdom and man he is been away for such long time, but hey his immortal now and honestly a month and a few days is nothing, two months at most.
Also I have an idea for a moon knight fanfic, I don't want to write it, I'm just throwing the idea, it's about the forth personality of the moon knight, it can be that a human reincarnated as moon knight forth personality. It could be called" I am the forth personality of moon knight" the goal of the MC can be that he wants to be in full control, also the world will be comic world so anything can happen.
