Strax's eyes widened in surprise at Yennifer's passionate request. The plea in her voice was unmistakable, laden with a raw desire that momentarily left him bewildered.
He saw the hungry look in her eyes, the way she looked at him, as if he were a delicious meal. And then he noticed a black mark on her fair skin, a heart-shaped necklace. He had never noticed it before, but now, in the flickering light of the flames, it was hard to miss.
"What's that on your throat?" Strax pointed to the mark.
Yennifer frowned for a moment before smiling shyly. "Oh, that? I don't know, I think it's just a pretty tattoo," she lied, sliding her hand across Strax's chest. "Please, Master... Can't we do this now?"
