It is an undeniable port trade city, where due to King Yasan's vigorous and wise governance, the Thief Guild, smuggling syndicates, and Gang Organizations are nearly extinct in this city—one of the safest cities in Felen and the best place for legal trades in the Sea of Fallen Stars. It is one of the favorite cities for pirates to invest in, because their money is safe and secure here. Many retired pirates like to settle down here to spend their later years; their former arch-enemies, the pirates, dare not easily pursue them here. The former adversaries (Komeer Royal Navy) have become their best protectors, an immense irony indeed.
Both King Yasan and the War Mages are aware of this matter and keep a close watch on these retired pirates. As long as they don't return to their old ways or violate Komeer Kingdom's laws, they will not be easily targeted.
