[1st POV]
As it turns out, being a God was not the best thing in the world. Especially when your the God of like...two dozen domains, domains that were heavily used and involved in the workings of other Pantheons. Pantheons that were absolutely pissed at you.
Who knew?
I mean I assumed they wouldn't be pleased. But really, sending me what felt like death threats, through the domain itself? Shit, I'm petty when I want to be, but that is another level. Pretty sure the one who did that was Hera though, so not entirely surprising.
From the memories I had of her, she wasn't exactly the kindest of people. And she was notorious for being petty as hell. But I can be petty too, I'll have to find a way of pranking the Gods after I finish the orbital cannons.
Speaking of orbital cannons, the upgrades that my clones have been working on were pretty much complete, and their "rounds" the beams that they fire, now have anti-divine properties mixed throughout them. Not only that, but using my divinity over Blacksmithing from Vulcan, I personally strengthened every single thing that I had built over the years, which was each of the cities, and all the weapons of them as well.
In terms of cities, my clones have completed everything for the others two cities for the Inhumans and Eternals, and were now working on the finishing touches for the city that would house all species. A city that I would like to connect the Spider Society of the MCM to, as I believe that I can FINALLY find a way of traveling to that multiverse at will.
As it turns out, the infinity stones kept small fragments of their connections to their home universes. And with a bit of finnicking, I'm pretty confident that I can connect my stones to Earth 928, as I had been there once, and that was enough to do the rest.
With that, I would have permanent access to the greater MCU, which included a rather important place for me to go to for Project Rebirth.
The TVA
Afterall, they house dozens of infinity stones casually, and all of them should theoretically be usable by me, should I use them to strengthen my own stones. And with my new discovery of the small connection to their home universes, I will be able to connect them to universes around the MCM, even if they had their timelines wiped by the TVA, as that connection could not be wiped too.
Damn I am getting overpowered.
Gonna need to find some sort of foe that can actually give me somewhat of a challenge. At least until Knull rears his head again, which I am sure he will.
Maybe going and bitch slapping Thanos? Eh, not sure about that. He might be fun to beat up, but I also don't know if he has any infinity stones, and if he does, which ones. And if he does have any, he could be a threat to my city. Not me, of course, but the city. The stones in this multiverse were quite powerful afterall.
I also don't know what sort of relationship he has to Death, and I'd rather not find that out. That's not exactly an entity I am interested in pissing off, well, not yet at least.
So instead, I am currently flying through space towards the moon. My target location? Attilan, the homeland of the Inhumans, and where I would find the leader of the Inhumans, Black Bolt.
I wanted to invite him and his people to live on Mars with my own people. And considering the advanced nature of their city, I want to also transport it to Mars, merging it with the city I had already built there, so that they don't need to move or anything. This way, Mars will have another form of protection, and I can begin to recruit Inhumans from around the multiverse.
Black Bolt was a powerful man, and his voice was immensely powerful. So having a literal army of him would be a huge boon to the protection of my cities. That, and I was interested in learning more about the Inhuman physiology, and what a child born of a Mutant and Inhuman could be like, in terms of power level.
I'm sure that they could also be a huge boon for recruiting more of their brethren throughout the multiverse, with someone like Medusa being an excellent addition to the multiverse traveling teams that are saving mutants from around the multiverse even now.
Those teams were getting bigger and bigger, as more and more variants of people like Logan, Scott, and Storm were being found. Which was definitely causing some...issues, which is why I have started to separate Malzif into sectors for each universe they are taken from, with some obvious overlap. They were also all required to wear name tags and such in order to not cause too much confusion.
Otherwise it'd be a really annoying situation to deal with. And while my clones could deal with such things easily enough, I've got enough on my plate as is, trying to differentiate between millions of mutants was an addition I did not need.
Honestly I'd much rather dump the duties of running the city on someone else. But I've found that I'm the only one who can actually run it, I'm also the only one that everyone trusts to run it. I'm the only one who actually knows every single detail of the city, the names of every single citizen in the city, and all the important details that no normal person could ever know.
It didn't take too much longer before I had found myself floating above the hidden city of Attilan, looking down upon it, scanning the entire city, looking for Black Bolt and Medusa. And it didn't take long before I had found them, in some palace or castle of sorts. The entire city as a whole was quite impressive in terms of technology, but it was still a far cry from Malzif or any of my cities. And all it would take is one strong enough person and Attilan would be no more.
Like Thanos, in several of the comics I had read in my first life.
Floating to the ground, I began to walk towards the barrier of the city, knowing that I would no doubt be noticed soon enough. With Attilan housing from what I can tell, a little over 4000 souls.
And soon, my assumption was proven correct, as the man that I had been looking for floated out of the hidden city, his wife Medusa at his side.
"Who are you, intruder!?" Medusa exclaimed, as her husband could not speak. Not without accidentally destroying a portion of the area of the moon or something. The guy's voice was powerful, not as much as mine, but it was strong.
"I am Gwendolyn Wayne, but you may call me Gwen. And I must say, it is an honor to meet the King and Queen of the Inhumans. Your city is beautiful, and quite impressive technologically speaking" I said, noticing the immediate tension in their forms upon realizing that I knew this sort of stuff.
Ah, should have expected that reaction.
"How have you found this place?!" Medusa yelled towards me, which I just find more amusing than anything. For a Queen she sure did lose her temper quite often, not at all like how a Queen should be acting.
"I sensed it, Queen Medusa. And I wished to meet others that are similar to those that live within the city that I rule over" I explained patiently, not really minding the evident distrust the woman was showing me.
I'd feel the same way if I was her.
"What city do you speak of? Is it a city on Earth?" Medusa asked with narrowed eyes, no longer yelling, thankfully.
In response, I stared between the two, before smiling, and speaking.
"I'd tell you here, but there is quite a lot that I wish to speak with you about. So...may I come in?" I asked, as Medusa was about to shout again, only for Black Bolt to stop her, as he looked at me, and nodded slowly.
Medusa was going to retort at his decision, but one look from the man made her silent, as I watched with a raised eyebrow, one thought on my mind.
'...This'll be interesting'
