Dimensional fissures ripped through the sky behind him like wounds that refused to close. He struck the ground with a shockwave that split the land in every direction, forcing even Arvain to retreat midair.
A crater deeper than a canyon formed beneath the impact. The ancient being lay there, struggling to rise, his shoulder bent unnaturally, his body surrounded by flickering remnants of the shattered divine energy.
