Even though after knowing where to look for, it was easy for both Yuji and Megumi to meet with Kinji Hikari, he wasn't exactly eager to help seeing his track records with the Jujutsu Higher Ups, seems like those old fossils are universally disliked. He leaned back in his chair, chewing on a cigarette, eyeing them lazily as they explained everything—the Culling Games, Tengen's information, and their plan to change the rules.
"So?" Hikari said, uninterested. "What's in it for me?"
Megumi sighed. "As of right now I'm the clan head of the Zenin Clan. I know what's the higher up did with you, so how about it, a clan of the one of the three biggest clans in Jujutsu world put up a good word for you. What do you think, is that good enough?" Little did either knew that Maki had already taken care of the entire Zenin Clan. They no longer could be considered among the three big clans anymore.
Hikari clicked his tongue, deep in thought. Then, after a long pause, he smirked. "Fine. I'll help. But once we done with this, I want the ban on us lifted and you keep those old fuckers out of my business."Hikari said, already planning on popularizing his underground fighting ring.
If underground fighting rings were illegal then those fighting rings made for only Jujutsu Sorcerers and Curse users for only the entertainment of common populace for some money was oan utright crime.
Hikari was banned from the Jujutsu Tech only becuase of this reason. This was also the reason why none of the third year students could attend the Kyoto sister exchange event.
And now finally Hikari had a chance to not only lift his ban but he could also completely leave all the legal stuffs if a big enough figure like a clan head cover for him.
With Hikari now on board, the group started discussing their next move. Megumi explained their strategy—earn as many points as possible to change the rules in their favor.
But suddenly, a notification appeared in front of them.
New Rule Added.
By Player: Hajime Kashimo.
All players' information will now be displayed.
Megumi narrowed his eyes. "This... well with this information we could chance few things to speed up our plan."
Hikari raised an eyebrow. "Now we can see who has the most points, huh?"
Megumi nodded. "Exactly. Instead of randomly fighting people, we should go after the strongest ones first and if possible ask them to add the rule. That way, we can get what we need faster."
"Who has the most points currently ?" Yuji asked, to which Megumi had no idea.
Just as he was about to start searching for those players, another notification appeared.
New Rule Added.
By Player: Hiromi Higuruma.
Players can now transfer points to others.
Everyone froze for a moment.
Yuji blinked. "Wait... isn't this exactly what we were planning to do?"
Megumi was wide mouth, it was like the world was helping them, however, he didn't like it, becuase it's never suppose to be this easy. Not in the Jujutsu World. "Yeah. Someone just gave us the ability for free. This honestly is suspicious but whatever, this helps big time. Now just gather points and send it to Tsumiki." Megumi smiled.
"About finding angel to release Gojo sensei and being able to let players exist the colonies ?" Yuji asked.
"Yeah yeah that too."
Hikari laughed. "Looks like someone out there is thinking like us."
Yuji grinned. "Maybe this guy Higuruma isn't so bad."
"I don't think so, I believe that there is someone else behind this."
"Someone else ?" Yuji looked at Megumi with confusion.
"I have my suspicions, but if it's really him then he's up for a rough time when Maki finds him."

The man's name was Higuruma Hiromi. Lawyer by profession and a newly awakened sorcerer. After beating him Yuta learn why the man was doing all those things. He wasn't bad honestly. He wasn't just killing everyone around him just for points after all. Even after having the highest amount of points in this colony, Higuruma was still only going after criminals.
Their fight had ended, and Higuruma had lost, part of him was still wondering how though. Yuta was just way too much experience and skill in fighting than him who has been a lawyer for a long time. He wasn't the type to beg or complain, but he knew that now he had no choice but to listen to Yuta if he didn't wanted to die.
He wasn't afraid to die though, he in fact was planning to turn himself in once all this was over, he after all did what he did becuase he saw the corrupted system and wanted to bring a change.
"Use your points to add a new rule," Yuta said.
Higuruma raised an eyebrow. "What rule?"
"I want players to be able to share points with each other," Yuta replied. "That way, people who can't earn points themselves won't be forced to die after 19 days."
Higuruma frowned. "And how that helps you?"
"It doesn't, but it will help those innocent who will die if no one did anything," Yuta replied and then just stood there, waiting.
Higuruma at this just kept on staring at Yuta with a little disbelief, not actually believing that wanted to help others, but seeing the boy's face he couldn't feel any trickery, running a hand through his hair. "Fine." He opened the interface and used his points to add the rule. A second later, the system confirmed it.
New Rule Added: Players can now share points with each other.
After it was done, Higuruma crossed his arms. "Why?" he finally asked. "What made you go out your way to do this."
Yuta looked at him, his expression serious. "Because I need time to find a way to end this game."
Higuruma's eyes narrowed. "You actually think you can do that?"
"I do," Yuta said without hesitation. "But it might take too long. If I don't help people now, a lot of innocent lives will be lost before I can stop it. Not only because of the 19 days time limit but also from those others who will be targeting them. And there are multiple colonies at that."
Higuruma had expected Yuta to be like every other sorcerer—fighting for power, survival, or personal goals. But the boy surprised him. He can't see any lie in the boys eyes so he for the time being believed him.
Sighing, he opened his interface once more. Playing hero in this world is costly, not many can do it. But it was respectable nonetheless. "Here. Take the points," he said.
A notification appeared in front of Yuta.
Higuruma has transferred 50 points to you.
With this, Yuta now had over 100 points—enough to add another rule when the time was right.
"Thanks, so you plan on wasting your time here playing lawyer, judge and judiciary or wanna come with me, I certainly could use a lawyer once this handsome face come back to public light..." Yuta said remembering what happened in Shibuya and a shudder passed through him. Even if he play hero for the rest of his life, he won't be able to repay the public damage he did to the city.
Higuruma raised his eye brow slightly. "Really." Wondering what the boy was thinking.
Yuta nodded. "Really."
