Chapter 5 - First Card (Part 2)

Ray could feel a strange space suddenly open up in his mind. It was like discovering a secret compartment he never knew existed. What's more, he could access it instantly, as if it had always been waiting for him.

Curious, he focused on it—and just like that, his surroundings changed completely. He found himself standing in an otherworldly space. A thick white mist surrounded him, hiding everything beyond a 100-meter radius, where the ground glowed faintly with a bluish light. It was surreal—but also kind of awesome.

In the middle of it all, something caught his attention—a silver card floating right in front of him.

Ray reached out, and the moment his fingers brushed the card, it lit up and merged into his body. A glowing screen appeared before him.

[Do you want to start the creation of your First Card? Y/N]

"No way I'm saying no to this!" Ray said with a grin and selected Yes.

The screen flickered and transformed into a series of prompts. Normally, this kind of questionnaire would've bored Ray to tears—but not now. This was something else. He was locked in.

[Select the type of card (Max 2: 1 Primary, 1 Secondary)]

Ray didn't even hesitate. "Beast Type as the main, Elemental as the secondary."

Ray grinned. "Don't worry. I've got the perfect one."

[Card Creation Initiated. Please input the following:]

Name of the Card:

Initial Background Story:(Editable every 10 levels.)

Ray's smile softened. This was it—the first step of his legacy. Slowly, he typed:

[Name of the Card: Charmender][Type: Beast (Primary), Elemental (Secondary)][Species: Fire Lizard][Attributes: Fire; Light (Hidden)]

[🌍 Background Story (Initial):

Long ago, the world of Pokémara was shaped by the natural harmony between elemental forces—fire, water, lightning, wind, and more. There were no humans. Instead, Pokémon themselves were the rulers of their world.

In this world, Pokémon lived in tribes, cities, and villages—forming societies where strength, wisdom, and unity were the cornerstones of survival. Rather than being trained by others, Pokémon chose their own paths.

Every year, young Pokémon would begin their journey across the lands, seeking compatible allies to form battle teams. These self-formed squads would test their strength in local leagues, climbing the ranks in hopes of one day reaching the Legend League, where the greatest teams in the world clashed under the gaze of ancient Legendary Pokémon.

The strongest teams weren't just powerful—they were bonded by purpose, trust, and willpower. And in this world, nothing was more sacred than finding your true team.

🔥 Charmender's Tale:

Charmender is a Fire Lizard Pokémon, a proud member of a rare line of Pokémon known for the eternal flame on their tail. The flame reflects their life force and emotions—burning bright in joy, wavering in fear, and flaring in rage.

Born from a glowing ember egg in Pallet Town, Charmender's flame flickered the moment he hatched. His first memories were of warmth, light, and the quiet hum of morning wind.

In Pallet Town, newly hatched Pokémon are mentored by wise elders. Charmender was taken in by Professor Oak, a legendary Alakazam whose psychic abilities and knowledge of evolution earned him renown across Pokémara.

On the day he came of age, Charmender received a Survival Kit from Professor Oak: a magical pouch containing food, healing berries, a forest map, and a crystal communicator.

As the sun rose above the trees, Charmender stepped onto the open road with fire in his heart.

"I don't want to fight alone," he told Oak. "I want to find friends who believe in me. I want to build the strongest team—not just with power, but with purpose."

And so began his journey—not as a servant, not as a captured beast—but as a dreamer forging his own legend.]

Ray exhaled slowly. "Finally… it's done."

Ray had been a huge fan of Pokémon in his previous life—and now, he had brought those memories back to life with a few epic twists.

He took a deep breath and submitted his work, waiting for judgment from Heaven.

A fiery red book materialized in front of him and automatically flew into his hands. With his fingers trembling from excitement, Ray opened the first page of the Beast Grimoire.
