Lex rested his hand on his palm and looked at the Jordi City from the window. It was very small from such a distance, but the giant walls were clear, standing mighty like a shield to protect humanity against everything.

Lex shook his head and also tied his seat belt. Others did the same, as this was going to be the descent phase, which was equally terrifying as the ascent phase.
They prepared themselves, and soon, the plane began to descend. Suddenly, a crushing wave of pressure descended upon them, trying to tear them apart, but fortunately, the metal of the plane held most of the pressure.
