Outside the Capital of Seven Waters, the puppet observed with a telescope.
As suspected, Spandam had stolen the battleships built by Franky and was using them to attack the justice ship.
"At least some things haven't changed," the puppet muttered, lowering the telescope and watching Monet and the others practice on the deck.
The talent of Monet and her sisters was impressive. With Monet's Observation Haki awakened, she could now defeat Ah Jin even without using her Devil Fruit powers. This motivated Ah Jin to train harder every day.
Three days later, when Ah Jin finally regained his strength, the puppet began teaching him Bajiquan and the Great Compassionate Hands. While the Great Compassionate Hands wasn't something the puppet could physically demonstrate, he explained its principles to Ah Jin.
At sea, a judicial ship approached the Capital of Seven Waters, sent to try Franky for secretly building a warship to attack the judicial vessel.
Two hours later, the sea train started its journey. Tom used his credibility for building the sea train to offset Frame's guilt, but he was still required to be taken to Enies Lobby for trial regarding Roger's shipbuilding charges.
As the sea train roared ahead, a thin young man emerged from the sea, attempting to block the train's path with his body. He wanted to prevent his beloved Master Tom from being taken away.
However, a mere human body was no match for the steel behemoth. The young man was struck by the sea train, his blood and flesh splattered, and his body sank into the sea.
The puppet observed from a distance and quickly maneuvered the boat towards the sinking body. He retrieved the severely injured young man and brought him into the cabin with a cable.
"Tsk, tsk, such a miserable sight," the puppet said with a shake of his head.
Arías knew that despite the severe injuries, Franky wouldn't die. He had the ability to transform his body and recover after waking up.
Monet and Sugar, curious, looked at the injured Franky.
"Master Ye, can he still survive?" Monet asked, shocked by the extent of the boy's injuries, which seemed even worse than those Ah Jin had suffered.
"He will survive," Arías replied. "Just clean his wounds and apply some hemostatic medicine. He has a lot of vitality."
If he had both hands available, Arías would have asked his main body to help Franky, but unfortunately, he didn't.
Monet brought hot water and began cleaning Franky's wounds, though she was unsure how to proceed with such severe injuries.
"Master Ye, what should we do? His flesh and skin are torn, and there are numerous broken bones. It's difficult to cover all the wounds."
Arías advised, "Clean his wounds and apply hemostatic medicine. His vitality will help him recover."
The boat followed the sea train towards Enies Lobby. As they neared the shore, Arías told Monet, "Wait here."
He jumped into the sea and swiftly reached the island.
The sea train stopped at the iron gate in front of Enies Lobby, where a guard opened the gate for it. Meanwhile, Arías quietly sneaked onto the back carriage of the train. After entering through a window, he silently took out several agents and moved forward.
He found Tom in the middle car, where two CP agents were stationed. Under the cover of his ghost and phantom barriers, the agents were killed without realizing it.
Tom, surprised, asked, "Who are you?"
Arías removed his black hood, revealing his face.
"Mr. Tom, are you alright?"
"It's you?" Tom said, recognizing Arías. He was grateful for Arías's advice, which had led to the sea train's successful construction.
"Thank you for your guidance. It allowed me to fulfill my lifelong wish," Tom said sincerely. "But why are you here?"
Tom suspected Arías had a specific reason for sneaking into the sea train and dealing with the CP agents.
"Mr. Tom, do you really believe Frame was responsible for attacking the judicial ship?" Arías asked, sitting opposite Tom and engaging him in conversation.
Tom was silent. He didn't believe Franky would have done such a thing but was unsure why it happened.
"Mr. Tom, the CP agency doesn't care about your life. Whether they kill you or not doesn't matter to them. But they want the Pluton design. Do you think your death will resolve this issue?"
Tom was shocked that Arías knew about the Pluton design. Did he come here because of this?
"Mr. Tom, you gave the Pluton design to Bingshan. Even if you die, the World Government will still pursue your apprentices. They will continue to seek the Pluton design. What purpose does your death serve?"
Tom was surprised once more. How did Arías know about the drawings given to Bingshan? He wondered if Arías was deceiving him.
Arías continued, "To save you, Frame tried to block the sea train with his body. Now he is severely injured and dying."
Tom's expression changed. "Why did Frame do something so foolish? Is he dead?"
Tom had taught Frame and Bingshan as if they were his own children, so hearing about Frame's condition deeply troubled him.
Arías smiled. "I happened to be nearby and rescued him, but his condition is critical. I can't say for sure if he will survive."
"Since Mr. Tom is concerned, why not check on him yourself?" Tom suggested.
"I can't leave," Tom replied. "If I escape, it would be seen as an act against the World Government."
Arías said, "What's the worst that can happen? You'll be wanted. With the Pluton design, you are already an enemy of the World Government. Even if you hand it over, they will still kill you and your apprentices."
