Chapter 1 - Prologue

 (Third Person POV)

In the endless Void, a lone soul flickered between extinction and survival. Cracks constantly formed and closed across its ethereal surface as it struggled against the overwhelming force of the Divine Essence—Ousia—that saturated the entire universe. It remained a mystery how this insignificant soul could endure even a fraction of the energy from which all creation was born.

Ousia—the purest, most primal form of energy—was the very foundation of existence. All other energies were but diluted fragments of it. Even the mightiest beings trembled at its name. Only a few races possessed the ability to wield Ousia, and even then, only in limited capacity: the Celestials, the Demons, and the Dragons.

Among them, the Dragons stood supreme—enigmatic wanderers who never lingered in one place, driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge. Often hailed as the wisest race in existence, they remained largely unknown to the rest of the cosmos.

Yet now, this fragile, seemingly inconsequential soul dared to do the unthinkable—to absorb the Divine Essence itself. By all logic, its very existence should have been obliterated.

But what happened next defied the understanding of all known beings.

The soul began to glow, bathed in pure golden light. Cracks spread rapidly across its surface, threatening total destruction. And then—without warning—a mysterious, silver, pearl-like object materialized and was absorbed into the soul. Instantly, the damage halted. The fractures healed. The once-chaotic Ousia calmed, subdued, and was gently assimilated into the soul's core.

And then—just as suddenly as it had appeared—the soul vanished from the Void, leaving no trace behind, as though it had never existed.
