The night view of the Provincial City definitely can't compare to the Capital. Although the lights are bright, the liveliness is clearly lacking.
The Yuzhou Province, with a population of over a hundred million, is almost as big as Russia. Yet the Provincial City's development still can't keep pace. The nightscape, which used to seem quite decent, now seemed just ordinary to Boss Yan after his frequent trips around the Northeast and beyond.
Yan Fei drove off the highway on his way home. Apart from stopping at a few traffic lights, the road was smooth sailing—though for the old-timers familiar with the Provincial City, many simply ran the red lights anyway. After all, at night there's no one around, and the traffic cameras are so sparse they're almost non-existent.
