Thinking about his expression back then, she couldn't help but laugh.
And then, the moment she entered, he immediately handed her a divorce agreement.
He went as far as making her sleep on the sofa.
Back then, she thought that rich people's sofas must be incredibly comfortable.
All those moments came flooding back, playing automatically in her mind like a movie.
Sofia Hamilton chuckled uncontrollably. Ryan Gregory wrapped his arms around her from behind and kissed the top of her head. "What are you laughing about?"
"Remembering the past."
She tilted her head to look at him. "Do you know how detestable you were back then? Your mouth was especially sharp."
She had never met such a domineering, sharp-tongued man, someone who could shut her down instantly with just one sentence.
She still didn't understand why she ended up falling for him.
