The source of the disturbance to Paper Dance's focused work was none other than Mimiko.
Mimiko, wearing a straw hat and carrying a turtle shell, was sitting cross-legged beside the Paper Girl. The Little River Turtle was clasping her smooth ankles, swaying back and forth like a bobble-head doll out of sheer boredom:
"Paper Dance, Paper Dance, chat with me, won't you?"
"I need to work."
"But there aren't any customers now."
"There will be soon!"
"When there are customers, I promise I'll be very quiet!" The Little River Turtle made a shushing gesture, "Paper Dance, Paper Dance, I'm planning to take the train to the Marine Country tomorrow. I feel like Miss Mary is blessing me lately; maybe I'll find something good there."
"Tomorrow? Your injuries haven't healed yet. Rest a few more days."
"I'm fine already, don't let my size fool you. I'm quite sturdy!"
