After the Giant Shark slowly entered Beluta Port in Abyanabad, Sienna Johnson was taken to Central Hospital, the largest comprehensive hospital in the city. In the obstetrics and gynecology department of Central Hospital, a young woman, after stitching Sienna up, looked at Sixth Master with an odd expression.
"How is she?" Sixth Master asked, his face stern.
The woman lit a cigarette, blew a smoke ring towards him, and said with a hint of mockery, "You should probably find another woman!"
Sixth Master frowned, watching the woman smoke. He smoked himself, but he detested women who did. "Isn't smoking prohibited in the hospital?"
"This is my office. I'll smoke if I want to! Care for one?"
Ladies' cigarettes. The taste was too light; he didn't like them.
"So, how is she really? How long will it take for her to recover?"
"She has a severe perineal tear. If a doctor unfamiliar with the details were to treat her, they'd think she'd been brutally raped and might even call the police. You'd be in real trouble then. I just examined her. She's unusually small, and you're far too large—it's already beyond what she can endure. If you two have sex again, she will still be injured."
"Doesn't that area loosen with use?"
Amy rested her cigarette on the ashtray, her slender index finger lightly tapping it so the ash fell into the tray. "In theory, yes. However..." Amy's gaze drifted to a certain... private area on him. "Your... 'instrument' is too formidable, clearly not suited for this task of 'expansion.' If you're willing to let other, smaller men do the 'expanding' for you, over time, it's not entirely out of the question!"
Sixth Master's face was so gloomy it looked like water could be wrung from it. Veins bulged on his clenched fists from the force. If it had been anyone else seeing Sixth Master like this, they would have shut up long ago. But unfortunately for him, he had encountered Amy—Amy, whom he could neither beat nor scold.
"You seem to quite treasure her. Would you really be willing to let other men touch her?" Amy winked at him, an expression on her face as if she was enjoying a good show and didn't mind stirring up trouble.
"I have to return to Unnamed Island. Prescribe some medicine for her, and tell Little Ninth about any precautions," Sixth Master ordered, his face stiff.
"What am I supposed to tell Little Ninth? I've already said what needed to be said earlier."
Sixth Master finally couldn't take it anymore. "Amy, I'm the only man in my family! I'm counting on that woman to bear me children and continue our bloodline! Stop spouting such nonsense. If you genuinely want to help, then think of a solution!"
Amy looked at the man before her in astonishment. "You're going to marry her?"
"Do I look like the kind of man who loves them and leaves them?"
Amy, looking like she was thoroughly enjoying the spectacle, said, "I forgot to remind you: if it tears a second time and isn't treated promptly, the consequences will be very severe."
Sixth Master stopped. He turned to look at Amy, his mouth moved, but ultimately, he said nothing.
Sienna Johnson felt like she had been unconscious for a long time. When she woke, her ears were filled with the sound of crashing waves. Through the large window, she saw the blue sky and seagulls. Where am I?
She tried to sit up and felt a sharp pain in her lower body.
The pain reminded her of what had happened before she fainted. Just thinking about that terrifying man and what he did to me makes my body tremble. How could there be such a terrifying man? His weapon pierced through me like a knife, as if splitting my body in half. I have to escape! I must get out of here!
Just as she was thinking about how to flee, a man of average height entered the room. Seeing Sienna Johnson awake, his face lit up with surprise and joy. "Sister-in-law, you're finally awake."
"Who are you?"
"I'm Little Ninth."
Many people on this ship don't use their real names, like that 'Sixth Master.' I don't even know what he's actually called, but I'm not interested.
"Where am I now?" she asked weakly.
"This is Unnamed Island."
Unnamed Island? Sienna Johnson had never heard that name. She was determined to escape, so she naturally needed to find out more about this Unnamed Island.
"What kind of island is Unnamed Island? How come I've never heard of it before?"
"It's a small island in the Naminua Ocean that isn't open to outsiders, so naturally, few people know about it."
I didn't expect this rather short young man to be so talkative. He looks so young and naive; it might be a good idea to get more useful information out of him.
"Do you all live on Unnamed Island?"
"We're staying here temporarily."
"What's Sixth Master's name?"
"Didn't my Sixth Brother tell you his name?"
Sienna Johnson shook her head.
Little Ninth replied, "My Sixth Brother's name is..."
"What are you doing here?" Sixth Master entered.
The moment Sienna Johnson saw him, her composure crumbled. This was the first time she had faced this man while fully conscious since that horrific incident.
"I came to give Sister-in-law her medicine. Sixth Brother, since you're here, you should give her the medicine." Little Ninth placed the medicine on the table and tactfully left the room.
Only Sienna Johnson and Sixth Master remained. Sienna felt even more uncomfortable. I need to get away from him, run far, far away!
Sienna Johnson lowered her head, looking at her delicate pink fingers, her eyebrows slightly furrowed. She said nothing.
The man walked towards her bed. His aura seemed to intensify, and the air grew heavy with his presence, making it difficult for Sienna Johnson to breathe.
"Are you feeling better?"
"Much better."
After the brief exchange, silence fell between them. After a while, Sixth Master finally spoke, his voice tinged with awkwardness, "I didn't expect you to be so... frail. I'll be more careful next time."
"Next time?" Sienna Johnson's head snapped up, her gaze fixed on the man's resolute profile. The color instantly drained from her face. Just the thought of it makes me feel like I'd rather die immediately! Without a second thought, she blurted out, "If you want me dead, just make it quick!"
I didn't expect the incident to leave such a psychological scar on her. Still, the thought that I was her first man makes me quite pleased. She has a fiancé; I was genuinely worried she might have already... done something with him. I've never been a generous man, especially not in matters like these.
"Actually, it isn't that terrifying," he stammered. "After doing it a few more times... it will... feel good... and you... you'll enjoy it..."
Sienna Johnson looked at him with utter disbelief. "That sort of thing is only interesting to men like you. I'd rather be dead. Your tormenting me with a blunt knife is worse than just stabbing me to death with a sharp one and getting it over with."
"Actually, I was in pain too." It hurt, being clamped so tightly.
"I'm tired. Can you let me rest for a while?"
Sixth Master watched her as she stared out at the azure sea and sky, not even sparing him a glance. He felt incredibly frustrated. I finally found a woman I don't dislike, so how did it come to this?
