In a white space within 'existence', you can see two figures having a standoff. One with a black suit has a calm face and his demeanor fills with confidence. The other with a white suit has a grim face and fills with disdain.
"What nonsense are you speaking of child? What value of your memories and past life holds that you dare claim for wishes you are unworthy of? Just accept and end all this farce." the old man spoke and began to murmur under his breath.
Suddenly, I felt a pressure fall upon me. As if it was forcing me to retreat from where I stood and eject me from this place. I knew something was wrong, even his explanation of my 'luck on the wheels' seemed somehow off. That old fool had schemed me and is denying my claim. Now, all I have to do is fight back. So, I steel myself and push back the pressure. It's a losing battle, but a loss I will be proud of since it is against an entity far higher than myself.
Before I slipped into nothingness, a feminine voice was heard putting a stop to this battle of will.
" I think that is as far as you go, fake Morgan Freeman. Your action has caused an uproar among the higher-ups. I suggest you stand down and be quiet, let me fix what you have done and you will be dealt with later."
As the pressure left me, I saw the space beside the old man starting to distort. From it, a beautiful woman came into view. She has black-free hair, a near-perfect face, and eyes to stare at. Her figure is all men's dreams as she is wearing a green one-piece dress reaching her knees, sleeveless, and a v-cut neck.
The old man started fidgeting in place as if he was bound unable to move.
"What are you doing here? This place is not under your jurisdiction. I will handle this as I see fit. I will not allow that Hooligan to have..."
The woman just smiles as she slaps the old man shut. Later, her focus was back on me and she spoke,
"Just ignore this old fool, he won't bother us anymore, and let's finalize your claim, shall we?
After we finish with your claim, I will reinstate your win on the wheels.
Truthfully, your claim isn't worth much since your 'Ledger' doesn't interest much and your action doesn't benefit others aside from yourself. Nothing to be ashamed of for others had much worse. And you can call me Lady.
Before you start your questions. The result of your claim is that you have been given only 1 wish."
I took in the result and pondered what I could do to take full advantage of this 1 wish. As I was thinking, I asked her my questions after I had seen the small drama happen in front of me. She answered me quite downright unlike the old man.
"I am a being like many others and similar to this old fool, regretfully. We do not interfere with the worlds under our jurisdiction for that is the job of The Law and Order and Law of The World but we work alongside it. Consider us as a gatekeeper if something or someone wishes to leave or has to leave such as yourself.
This side of 'existence' has been placed under this old choot and I had come that you were to be sent to a world under mine. Originally, I couldn't access this white plane and if a level higher being were to come this plane would just collapse. It shows how weak your foundations are, sorry for the jab. The only reason I can come is because when you are to be forced into the world it opens a gateway that allows me access."
"None taken, I somewhat understand why you are here and I am ready to make my wish."
Suddenly, both the old man and the lady fell to their knees and their faces turned pale. I wanted to rush to her to help her up, fuck that old man. But, before I could she lifted her arm to stop me and started to speak frantically.
"Please do not come near, you have been in this place long enough. Let's cut things short and you also have been given 2 extra wishes for this old man meddling.
Please be haste. Wait! I will tell you your wins first. So that you can make your wishes more worthwhile."

As she finished her explanation of my win, she stood up and calmed herself but not as calm as when she first came. After asking about my agreement with my win I responded positively. She asked for my wishes which took some time since I was given 2 extra wishes.
"For my first wish, I want to be sent to Twilight, not the novel Twilight but the movie version if possible. Plus I don't want any ready-made connection to any of the characters.
My second wish, I want full advantage of being a Twilight vampire but remove the need for blood. I don't want to harm others around me in my new life.
My third and last wish is full evolving talent. I know it's too much and from all the stories I have read this talent is more of a wish fulfillment but I hope you can give me something similar that is within the rules.
She nodded to my wishes and pondered for a while. The old man is still kneeling beside her and since his head is lowered I can't see his face. But from how the lady reacted earlier I bet he is also panicking, deserving if I say so myself.
What? He tries to cheat me. If I'd had my way in this matter. I would strike him into oblivion. The lady started to chuckle and the old man lowered his head even more as if responding... Oh, they can read my mind.
"It looks like you have thought things through with your wishes. So, your first wish is accepted. But your second and third need a little adjustment.
Your second wish for not having to drink blood is accepted but having full advantage of a vampire cannot because mostly a..."
Again, her face begins to pale but instead of her falling to her knees the white plane starts to tremble. When the trembling stopped. She adjusted herself and continued.
"As I was saying and I correct myself. You can have the full advantage of a vampire despite being a Dhampir but I need to make some adjustments for you to clear things so that the Law of the World can accept you.
First, mostly Dhampir will inherit the human body from its mother's side so that the factor of walking in the sun can be met. With that in mind, you will be wounded easily and effortlessly killed like a human even with a boost of regenerative powers. But, for you let's make it a mutation and you have inherited the father's side but with human traits thus meeting the factor needed. And your second wish is met.
Let me make it clear once more. You are born from a union of a male vampire and a female human. But during your birth with the witness of the Law of the World, a mutation happened. Giving you the full advantage of a vampire from your father's side with human traits from your mother's side. This also cuts the need for you to feast on blood to survive but you still need to drink blood to sustain your vampire side. A Dhampir is still a vampire in nature. Cutting the need for blood is entirely impossible unless you wish to change your species. Your other doubt is unnecessary because it is witnessed by the Law and as far as I am concerned if mutation is involved anything can happen. Are you with me so far?"
I nodded and ushered her to continue with my third wish. I don't want anything to happen to her. From my understanding, something is watching us and I don't want it to harm her. Since I am going to live in the world under her watch. What's more, she has been patient with me by answering all my questions no matter how rhetorical they are.
The lady smiles at me warmly and continues to my third wish;
"Your third wish is to be given a talent that involves your skills. Let's fix that now since we don't have much time. Your win is a reward from 'us', you already know that. But your vampire gift is a bit complicated. You are a born vampire, not a turned vampire. Hence, the name of your given species or variant. But, a huge leeway has been given to you and you will receive a gift for 'turning' in a way. And no spoilers. It is not a big gift, so please, don't expect much.
Back to your wish, a 'wish fulfillment' talent is not unheard of but only given to those who are going to a world much higher than the world you are going to. But, instead of giving you a fully evolving talent. I would give you a full advantage talent. It's a downgrade from the former."
Sensing my confusion, she explains further;
"let's list the 3 similar talents but very different between them. We call it 'The 3 Full Talents'. You already know the first 2 and the third is called 'Full Control Talent'.
The first and most powerful, The Full Evolving Talent. This talent removes your limiter and doesn't just affect your given skills but also your physical and spiritual being. Might as well call yourself a God and still have the potential to move even higher beyond.
The second talent, The Full Control Talent. This talent is not as powerful but can be matched with the former if met with the right pairing. You don't need effort whatsoever. Hence the name, you have full control.

The third but not the last of talents known and unknown, The Full Advantage Talent. This talent solely depends on you for the skill to grow stronger. The more knowledge you comprehend with effort and determination, you will acquire all the advantages needed.
As a notice, this talent only affects your reward from 'us' and not your awakened gift.
That is the end of it. You will be given the third talent for it is similar to the one that you wish for. With that, all 3 wishes are accepted by the higher-ups and fulfilled.
One more thing but before that are you ready to go and start a new life, Mr. Alax Tennyson? If you are I will use this old man's power to send you forward."
I look at the lady for a while and walk towards her, I reach for her hand and kiss just above her knuckles. I said my thanks and turned to the down old man and kicked him as hard as I could. After I let out my displeasure, I returned to my place and nodded my head showing that I was ready.
"Alright, usually when someone or something is sent out, they will meet the Gatekeeper before being allowed in. Since we already met. I might as well give a personal gift for I enjoy our time together. Please, do not make such a face. What I am doing is within my jurisdictions.
Following your given gift, I have placed a little 'memory pack' to put it simply. It is to help you in your journey. I have asked my sister for it. So, if there's a chance for you to leave my domain. She is hoping that you would get a world under her jurisdiction. She really wants to meet you for some reason but she can't for this white plain can't support her.
Looks like our time is up. It has been an experience meeting you. As you are told before, everything that leads to this very moment will be erased. Leaving you with only the knowledge of the world you are going to and what has been given to you and everything connected to it."
The old man stood up but was still bound and silent. His face fills with anger and rage. The lady taps on his shoulder and the glow on his body dimmed a bit.
Looking back at me, the lady said something that made me want to stay longer but couldn't and I know I will forget about it too. She raises her arm with her elbow bent, moving her fingers to mimic Thanos wearing a glove with six color stones on it and...
