A child tugged at her clothes.
Gu Nuan seemed to have just come to her senses and picked up the mobile phone in her pocket. It was Zhong Qiaohui's number.
She answered the video call.
Zhong Qiaohui should have been in the office, with the background showing their team's workspace.
"Where are you?" Zhong Qiaohui asked somewhat irritably, "Where have you run off to? Hey, how come they are saying you and the boss went off to have fun?"
Gu Nuan said, "Oh."
"What? Really?" Zhong Qiaohui glared in disbelief, unable to believe that Gu Nuan would abandon work to have fun.
Gu Nuan first used her mobile phone to show her the scenery around.
Zhong Qiaohui, seeing only the sea and such, was infuriated, "Did you really go off to have fun? How brazen! Leaving me and Manager Fu behind, the two of us fools still buried in research."
"You didn't notice anything?"
At Gu Nuan's cool inquiry, Zhong Qiaohui paused and then asked, "Exactly where are you?"
"You see for yourself."
