My heart was beating really fast. I thought it was a kidnapper who had come to take me. Just as I was about to stab the person, he grabbed my hand.
It was my freaking roommate. He was really crazy.
"Why did you have to come in the middle of the night?" I asked.
He just said, "I can come to my dorm whenever I like."
Like hell! Who does that?
Skyler's P.O.V
It was the middle of the night when I felt a sharp pain in my chest. The corruption had started again.
I went to my dorm, but the door was locked with a key. I searched my pocket and found the spare.
I opened the door gently—creak, creak, creak. I knew humans didn't like being disturbed in their sleep.
Then I saw her, ready to stab me with a knife.
I quickly held her hand.
She said, "Why did you have to come in the middle of the night?"
And I replied, "I can come to my dorm whenever I like."
She kept staring at me, then after a while, she went back to sleep.
The Next Morning
I couldn't believe I had shared a bed with him. I woke up early, went to the bathroom, had my bath, brushed my teeth, creamed my body, and wore a beautiful black crop top with a purple mini skirt.
Gosh! Today was Friday, and a teacher had said that all new students should meet on the ground floor for a school tour.
Just in case I didn't tell you, FORCADOS School is really big—massive and cool, you know what I mean. If you're not familiar with the school, you're likely to get lost.
As I was about to open the door, my roommate said, "STOP. I have something to say to you."
I was like, "Okay, spit it out."
Then he said, "I have my rules in this dorm."
Skyler's Rules:
1. Do not invite anyone to this dorm.
2. Come back before 11 PM.
3. Do not try to seduce me—I'm not interested in girls like you.
I replied, "Are you done?"
He said, "YES."
Then I said, "I also have rules for you."
Rose's Rules:
1. Do not invite anyone to this dorm.
2. Come back before 12 PM.
3. I'm also not interested in you—so don't try anything funny.
Skyler was shocked.
This girl is really brave.
Then he asked, "Why can't I come after 12 PM?"
"This is also my dorm," I replied.
"If you're giving me rules, then I'm giving you rules too. If you don't obey mine, I won't obey yours."
