Over the next two days, Vicente kept a low profile so as not to attract unnecessary attention. Instead of dealing with opponents as he had done on his arrival in the Red Enclave, he took detours on his way, avoiding new entanglements.
He could fight if he had to. He was confident and wouldn't hesitate to kill on his way. But acting discreetly paid off and by the end of his group's second day on the island, they had entered the central region of Red Enclave, the ancestral home of the demons, but also the area most dominated by vampires!
In this part of the island, day and night hardly existed. If it hadn't been for the watch that Vicente was used to wearing on one of his wrists, he would have had no idea that it was still late in this region.
