"Are you listening to me?"
I tensed up for a minute, as I was not paying attention, and looked over guiltily at this new doctor. Another doctor I didn't know the name of. I looked away quickly as the sparkling had not stopped.
"I have a feeling we are going to be seeing a lot of each other in the coming months, so you really need to get over the charm effect. You don't seem to have any magical abilities. Maybe you are weak to magic. Have you gained any abilities that use a different form of energy within you?"
"I made fire coat my blade once and did a powerful attack, but I haven't figured out how to do it again. I also activated some kind of skill earlier that caused me to lose myself and attack with no thought to anything around me."
I heard the tapping sound of his finger on the tablet. It was a good distraction from the radiating presence that was oozing out of the doctor. Wait, I needed to resist him. I felt his hand on my wrist and I almost pulled away from him.
