Spider Teacher's Construction Arts were indeed limited, as she possessed the unique method to construct some special marvels of Hell's architecture using the Calamity Force, but that was about it.
At least, in the basic construction lessons Spider Teacher taught Dorothy, only these topics were covered, even mentioning just briefly that sometimes Calamity Force could also be used as a construction material for building special marvels of Hell. As for how to construct them or what the blueprints were, not a word was mentioned, as obviously, these were topics meant for later, more advanced construction courses.
However, as a disciple, Dorothy felt it was better to rely on oneself than on her teacher. Since Spider Teacher had affirmed that this path was viable, she had fulfilled her responsibility in guiding her disciple through the basics. From there on, the homebody witch felt she could probably figure out the next steps on her own.
