Bidding Annin and Goku's Grandpa fairwell, Krillin walked out of the furnace with a confident stride in his step and a tattoo peeking out of his Gi.
The monks one year of training had finally concluded and he'd been kicked out of the furnace, unlike his other sensei's Krillin and the immortal Annin didn't grow close. For Krillin a year of straight training was a very long time, for Annin her time with Krillin felt like the blink of an eye and she was forced to do it.
Krillin hoped to have gained a connection to maybe call upon kater but it's fine, he planned on sneaking into the afterlife eventually which would definitely get her in trouble. It was probably for the best he didn't gain a connection with her just so that he'd break it.
Krillins Powerlevel had only been raised by 19 point over this year of training, totalling him at a power level of 208 but despite that small growth in raw power, Krillin had became a lot stronger.
His eyes were bright and clear, his postures was straight and he emitted an unshakable invisible wave of power. If you compared the Krillin a year ago to the Krillin now, the difference was night and day.
Looking up at the sky he was about to open his mouth to yell out for flying nimbus when he stopped, an idea flashed into his head.
Manipulating his Ki to wrap around his feet and body, Krillin used it to push off the ground and suddenly found himself flying! Krillin normally would've jumped for joy at finally being able to fly, but Annin's teaching had given Krillin a calm unshakable mind.
As he floated through the air Krillin at first looked like a newborn deer struggling to walk for the first time but after ten minutes of floating he was finally able to move around comfortably.
He continued this for half an hour, gaining experience and becoming comfortable with this feeling of flight. Krillin got the basic movements down but still felt uncomfortable with idea of mid air battle, he wanted to continue but had to come to a stop and float to the ground.
"No wonder this technique was mainly used in dragon ball z where even the weakest character had a power level in the thousand's, just this half an hour of floating used up half my Ki and I was going slow."
Krillin knew that if he was actually in combat and had to use flight to make sharp and fast movements, he'd probably last three minutes before falling out of the sky, thats not even including him using Ki blasts!
Krillin could only imagine in the future when he's flying the speed of light he'd be using up more Ki that he currently has every second just to sustain such a quick speed.
Putting the idea of his future strength away, Krillin called down the flying Nimbus and got on it before flying off to Korins tower.
"No that I can actually fly, I supposed I can finally get to Kami's lookout!

Flying at 300mph Krillin quickly arrived at Korins tower, Krillin hopped off the flying nimbus and was greeted by the humanoid cat Korin.
"Krillin it's been a while, what brings you to my tower?" Korin sipped on his tea and observed Krillin with analytical eyes.
"I'm going to Kami's look out above, I just came here to rest for an hour before flying up."
"Hmm, I see.. Don't take this the wrong way but we're you perhaps trapped somewhere? It's been a year and yet your strength seemed to only grow slightly, most of it seems to come from growing older. You grew three times more from just two months of training with me than this entire year."
Krillin hadnt thought about it but with Korin mentioned his natural growth, he realized he's grown taller! The boy who was 4'11 had grown to at least 5'2, breaking past his originals height!
'So the original Krillins height being 4'11 reallt was considered an abnormality that was purified?' Thinking this Krillin couldn't help but smirk before remembering the conversation and looked at Korin.
"You really don't think I've grown much stronger?" Saying this Krillin walked behind the main Pillar of tower before walking out, then another Krillin walked and then two more! In total four Krillins walked around and surrounded Korin who now sweated at the sight.
"Which one is the real me?" All four Krillins said in unison.
Korins ki sensei abilities told him that all four Krillins had the exact powerlevel, not a single one was different than the other!
"Still haven't figured it out, how about we help you out" The four krillins once again spoke in unison.
One of the krillins stepped forward and grabbed the cane out of korins hand, he twirled it around before throwing it at another Krillin who also fiddled with it. All four krillins physically interacted with the cane causing the already confused Korin to wonder just what was happening, it was like their was four actual Krillins infront of him!
When they were all done the last krillin handed the cane back to Korin respectful before all four spoke.
"Do you want us to reveal the answer?" They said, getting a dumbfounded nod from Korin.
"The real krillin..." the krillins said simultaneously, but only one krillin finished the sentence.
"...is me" Suddenly an invisible hand lightly gasped the back of Korins neck, causing all of the hairs on cats neck to stand on edge.
Korin slowly turned his said to see a hidden fifth Krillin drop his invisibility, it was them that all four of the Krillins faded away.
"Do you think my growth is still small? I might not have gotten much stronger but the control i have over my strength has grown considerably. I can suppress Ki to absolute zero and have gained the ability to sense other, I thi-" Krillin stopped talking mid sentence as both he and Korin quickly looked to their left.
A fast moving golden cloud raced straight towards the duo but that's not what drew their attention, it was the rapidly dropping powerlevel of the one who rode the cloud!
