Chapter 614 - Ink Resolved

With her gone off to have a little fun of her own, I stretched, unbothered by what seemed to be a rather dangerous situation. This behavior wasn't my usual reaction to such a situation, but it didn't cause anyone any worries. That said, the relaxation that came from my presence was enough to destabilize the formation Yang Kai was a part of, as well as Ruo Xi's special combination with the twins.

"Hmm? I see, fighting at a level beyond yourself must have really worn you out."

"Son, are you able to kill him now?"

I paused for a moment. "Well, I probably can. The issue is, it's better if I don't."

The surprised look on their faces was understandable, after all, none of them had a good idea as to what it would mean to truly kill Ink.

"But you can handle Ink though, right?"

"Oh, most definitely. He's way too weak to be a threat to me. I've grown a considerable deal stronger during my stay in Hell." I chuckled, with a confident smirk. Then my look turned serious. "That said, I have to dole out a great deal of punishment. So please bear with me."

Yang Kai, and the others retreated to a safe place to watch the fight. Su Yan and Ruo Xi on either side of Yang Kai. The three of them felt overjoyed.

Ink was furious at his own failures, and now he stared down the most dangerous opponent he's ever fought. "You're the first who came back stronger than the first time we fought. Well, at least of those who managed to get my attention." He glared. "It doesn't matter though, I won't make the same mistake a second time."

I laughed, knowing that Ink was just boasting with nothing to show for it. And just to prove a point, I wore a soft smile, masking the wrathful intent.

Ink, in his stupidity, laughed. "What's this? Just going to smile like an idiot-" He was sent hurtling forward. He stopped himself, and then turned around, his eyes bulging at the sight before him. "What in the hell?"

"You know, you really should learn some manners at the very least. I'm a patient person, but not nearly as patient as others." I sighed. "You really should have sensed it by now, but since you seem insistent upon being an idiot, I'll warn you right now. I am far above your comprehension, so far you can't even see the base of the pebbles lining the mountain's base."

Ink wiped his mouth, and then snorted. "You're not the only one who's got stronger. I'm a three quarter steps on my way to the World Creation Realm"

I shook my head and sighed. "No, you're not. You're still at the half-step. It is your own ability that has blinded you to the truth. Now then-" My gaze shifted… "Time for your punishment."

What happened next was a sight to behold. The Ink Clan army had been completely annihilated by this point. Leaving all of the human race and allies to watch on in awe. The power on display wasn't nearly as chaotic, and overbearing, yet… It was obviously so overwhelming that the idea of approaching such strength might as well have been a pipe dream, and that's if they were lucky.

Cang stroked his beard as his lifelong failure finally came to an end. "The young master has grown quite a bit more skilled since his last battle. I'm shocked at the sheer power he is wielding, but more so for the way he is controlling it with such ease."

Jiang Yanmei arrived next to the supreme masters, and had overheard Cang's words. "That's because my husband has been training with all the resources of Hell. My father didn't just let him return either, he had to break out on his own."

Cang's brow raised a bit. "Eh? Husband?"

"Oh, that's right!" She flew over to Yang Kai, and saluted him properly. "It's an honor to meet you, Father-in-law. My name is Jiang Yanmei, and I once held the title of princess of hell, now I'm honored to be a wife of Yang Leiji."

Su Yan smiled, giggling a little bit. "So it seems. Leiji really does have his father's blood. He finds all these beautiful women."

Yang Kai, had a bead of sweat dripping down his cheek. "Then… You mean to say that… Your father is the king of Hell? I've sent a lot to meet him…"

"Pfft, my father knows of your exploits quite well."

"I see, well, as much as I'd like to get properly introduced to my new daughter, let us wait until my son has done all that he needs to with this disgusting creature."

The one sided beatdown continued with intensity. It went on for a month before I finally relaxed as Ink had also been beaten down to within an inch of his pathetic life.

"Now, you are going to have a lot of time to think about your crimes. And this time, you're not going to escape. I've learned a fair bit since last time."

"Huh"

The depiction of a hurricane appeared below Ink, and then, like a lotus, the clouds wrapped in on each other forming numerous layers of barriers. It was a power that put people into a forced slumber upon witnessing it, it was simply that powerful.

"What is this!"

"It's a far stronger method of containment than the prison I created for you last time. I call this one… Hmm, what should I call it? Oh, how about Reverse Lotus Hurricane Prison."

"When I get out of here… YOU'RE DEAD!"

"HAHAHA! You'll never leave that prison lest I want you to leave." I laughed, as the sound of Ink was drowned out, and eventually removed from the world. "Yeah, that's a far better seal. He's not going anywhere."

The tethers that had once been feeding Ink his overwhelming strength, began to snap, and break apart, each looking for a new master to serve. Though, they weren't quite ready to decide who just yet.

Once the Hurricane Prison had finished closing up, I shrunk it down to the size of a simple bean and then tucked it away in my inner domain. There, Ink had no hope of escape. regardless of what he might try.
