Blacktail Hotel
As the most distinctive hotel in Rat City that accommodates the most out-of-town visitors, its status is also extremely high.
The owner, Congriff Blacktail, is a formidable figure well-known throughout Rat City,
yet such a hotel mysteriously collapsed at night. Aside from the large number of onlookers, several completely different noble rat people specially came from the Inner City District.
