|3rd POV|
The situation gets better as the war is over. With the combination of the power of the three factions, they manage to repel the invader who wants to corrupt the World Tree. As for Yggdrasil, it is still standing, but it sustains wounds from all the fights happening in its branches.
Casualties are rather high, but they win the battle, and that is what is more important. The Norse Faction manages to delay Ragnarok, and they can release a relieved breath because they know the next one will take a long time to arrive once again.
The Norse Pantheon has its Major Gods alive, but they do not come out unscathed. Thor loses his left arm because Jörmungandr tries to eat him. If not for Thor sacrificing his left arm, he would be dead. The same is happening with Odin. However, Odin loses his right leg instead of his arm because Fenrir manages to rip it off in the fight against the Allfather.
As for the other factions, the Shinto Factions do not lose anyone in the fight. However, they sustain a lot of injuries. Amaterasu uses a lot of her divinity in the fight and needs to recover. Japan will not receive too much sunlight for the foreseeable future. Morning will be colder, and afternoon will be less warm. Her fight against a group of Titans is legendary, and she shows them the reason why she is the ruler of the Shinto Pantheon.
Susanoo also lost his armor in the fight against Sutr alongside Tsukuyomi, Ares, and Apollo. Their fight is so great, it even leaks to the Mortal World. Sky rumbling as lightning strikes anything it can strike, the sun gets brighter and hotter the entire afternoon, and even as the sun goes down, it still shines bright, making the day last longer.
The Fire Giant is not only able to fight them on equal ground, but he also manages to injure all of the Gods he faces. He is the definition of the End of God's reign in Norse Mythology and gets a boost against any Divinity he fights.
The end of the fight results in the majority of Yggdrasil's roots getting burned, and Surtr manages to leave the dimension. The only reason why he stops fighting is when he feels Hrym dies at the hands of Ryan. He knows the plan is over, and they need to retreat and regroup. He would rather have Ragnarok delayed than outright cancelled.
And if he stays, the chance of him dying is higher, and Ragnarok will not come to fruition. There is also a promise that Rizevim gave to him that makes him retreat for now. Because of these reasons, he decided to retreat along with his armies and leave the Norse and their allies to win the war.
As for the Youkai, they lose quite a lot of people. However, they are still doing fine. They already collect all the bodies they can collect and gather all the remains of the people whose bodies they cannot collect.
When you are fighting against someone who can summon a miniature sun, sometimes your remains will not survive the fight, and the people can only collect your ashes.
The one with the most casualties other than the Norse is the Greek Pantheon. They lose a lot of soldiers in this fight and even lose a lot of their minor Gods. Lucky for them, no one from the 12 Olympians died in battle.
Sadly, that is the good news end. Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades lose their Divine Weapons in the fight because Kronos and his Titans fight them with all they have. Their weapons break under the intense fight between them.
However, that is not the only bad news. Kronos manages to injure Zeus so severely that he is now in a coma, and the only reason he is alive is because Apollo manages to reach him before the wound can kill him. Not only that, Poseidon also has a grave wound that requires him to stay low for a long time.
The only one who does not need to stay low for a while is Hades. He is the most powerful among the three, and the only reason is that he is relatively okay. His role as the ruler of the underworld gets him a good boost in strength, and as long as he stays in the underworld, he can recover very fast.
Because of this reason, he is the first one to stand up among his brothers. He looks around the area and frowns. He is angry. Angry not because they are winning, but because they cannot capture his father in the fight.
He learned something in the fight. His father and his fellow Titans are getting stronger by quite a lot. If not for him having access to the Underworld, the fight would not be the same, and they would be dead by now.
He knows that his father is working under Ophis and gets a power boost because of it, but he doesn't know that it will be this powerful. He knows his father is powerful, but he also knows that he cannot fight the three of them at once, especially when he is already the ruler of the underworld.
Now? Now he can fight them and even manage to break their weapons in the fight.
He does not register that it takes him and the other titans to make him like this. However, he is correct in saying that Kronos gets more powerful than he did in their previous fight, and Hades wants to know how he got that power.
He wants to know where Kronos gets that power and make sure that source cannot empower him even more. He doesn't know if he can fight his father if Kronos gets even more upgrades. Because of this, he decided to make a move.
He moves his hand and hides among the shadow of Yggdrasil. He summons his Reapers and says.
"Go around the world and search for any information regarding Khaos Brigade. Make sure you guys are not noticed and immediately report to me when you get some information regarding them."
Without saying anything, they nod their heads and leave to do their lord's command. Hades nods his head in satisfaction and returns to the healing tent just in time to see Ryan Hernandes open his eyes and Yasaka scream in delight at that sight.
Hades decides to leave them for now, but after they are done talking, he has a few things to ask the mortal. Among them is how he contains a God inside his soul and body.
