My crusty eyes opened. I was in a fluid of some sorts with a mask on my face and tubes in my body.
The fluid was encased in a capsule of some sorts that felt soft when I touched it. Maybe it's a membrane?
I breathed in, orienting myself with my situation and deciding my plan.
I closed my eyes and opened them again to find I was in a different place entirely.
The room was bright, all white like the classroom but much bigger than the last one.
I was seated in a chair that was really familiar to me, and for good reason too, as it was the same chair that I sat in not too long ago.
It's strange how much l miss those times, when I thought I wouldn't ever want to go back. Pathetic.
Like me, there were others just waking up and looking around themselves in shock.
I can understand their shock though. We were supposed to be dead. Well, at least I was supposed to be dead, not sure about the others.
There was a stage in front of me, where one person stood, quietly watching as we awoke.
