The figures of two subjects could be seen walking rapidly down a dark and damp corridor.

The first of the two was a tall dark skinned man, he wore a white hood and a black mask on his face, his eyes, which were the only visible part of his face, had an unusual color; maroon colored sclera with light green iris and pupil. A black cloak with red clouds covered most of his body, on his forehead was a forehead protector with the Takigakure symbol torn horizontally, showing his status as a renegade ninja. He also had brown nail polish on his fingernails and a ring with the kanji for "north" on his left finger.

The other subject was a little shorter than the first, had medium-long silver hair combed back, and purple eyes. He wore the same cloak as the first guy, but unlike him, this one wore nothing underneath. Around his neck was a protector with the symbol of Yugakure torn off along with a small religious amulet. His fingernails were painted dark green and on his left index finger was a ring with the kanji for "three". And he carried on his back a hanging triple-edged scythe.

The first of the two seemed upset for some reason, while the second was complaining about something.

- Damn it Hidan, shut up or I'll kill you!

- Ha, like you can do that! Dashin-sama would never let me die! - exclaimed the named Hidan.

- Shut up already! It's annoying enough having to come back here because of that brat, when I could be collecting the reward for the last ninja I killed! Don't ruin my day even more!

- Hmph, and by the way, why the hell are we here? Last time we came here you said you'd come back just to collect your winnings, and now you're upset, who understands you?

- For that fucking brat we brought in, that's the fucking reason we're here, the little bastard decided it would be a great idea to die in his first fight!

- Ha! I told you that you should have let me sacrifice him to Jashin-sama, that boy was nothing but a stupid idiot!

- You are reaching the limit of my patience!

Before Hidan could respond, the lights seemed to come on all at once and the first of the subjects put his hand on a seal on a wall and pulsed some of his chakra. Seconds later, that wall had opened, revealing it to be a secret entrance, and making way for the two to pass through.

Compared to the poorly lit and damp hallway they had passed through earlier, they were now in a sort of luxury coliseum underground. It was a large open space filled with bleachers, with an arena in the middle. The walls and bleachers seemed to be made of some kind of polished marble, the latter showing people wearing expensive costumes with various jewels on them. In the center was an arena with two children fiercely fighting each other.

- Oh, Kakuzu, good to see you here! - exclaimed a voice, alerting the two subjects of his presence.

- Oyashiro - growled the now identified Kakuzu.

Oyashiro was a beige-haired man with violet eyes. His clothing consists of a wide light brown robe that is decorated with green and khaki stripes on each embroidery, underneath he wears an olive green shirt and pale green pants. He wears a red ribbon on his forehead and large diamond-shaped sunglasses. He

also wears a pink bracelet on his right wrist.

- Why this attitude my friend? does it have something to do with the child you left here? will you finally accept my deal and hand him over to me? - Oyashiro asked, with a somewhat mocking tone.

- Tch, don't press your luck. Where the hell is the kid's body?

- Oh, I'm sorry to tell you that he got lost during the fight - he answered with a sorry tone - Unfortunately his opponent was a powerful Yōton user and didn't want to hear when we told him to stop - he shook his head.

Kakuzu's annoyance was evident in his eyes.

- Hey, look on the bright side, at least he put on an entertaining show, although unfortunately he couldn't even win his first fight, so no money for you today, dear friend - he exclaimed with obvious amusement.

- Hydan! Let's go! - Kakuzu growled, looking at his partner, who was about to cut someone's head off with his scythe.

- Oh, come on, let me sacrifice at least one of them! - Hidan complained.

- I told you we're leaving! - shouted Kakuzu.

- Tch, good. You're saved for now little buddy, but don't worry, sooner or later I'll come back for you, just wait - Hidan said to a small businessman.

Quickly both subjects re-entered the hallway from which they had exited and headed for the exit.

- And now that your so-called "investment" has come to an end, what will you do?

- Hidan asked, out of boredom.

- First I'll look for someone to kill, I need to release my anger, then I'll look for someone who meets my expectations and stick them in that damn hole to generate income for me. There's too much money stuffed in that place to pass up.

- And why don't we just go in and ransack the whole place?

- Because in the long run it will be more profitable for me than simply looting everything that is currently there.

- As long as I can sacrifice someone to Jashin-sama, no problem.

- Tch, you and your damn religion.

-With Hideki

- Very good, once again!

I nodded my head and ran in the direction of the clone the new practice dummy that Aoki had summoned. I threw a right hook in the center of the chest, causing the wood to splinter, leaving a hole in the shape of my fist, followed by that, I threw another hook, but this time with my left hand and in the direction where the ribs should be, again, the wood splintered, to top it off, I used one of the dummy's arms to support myself and threw both legs to its head, then I let go of the arm and swung down, making the dummy spin in the air and fall with a loud noise to the ground, completely breaking its head.

I stood up and positioned myself firmly in front of my father, who was staring with cold, calculating eyes at everything I had done.

Seconds were turning into minutes and he still wasn't saying a word.

Say something damn it!

- Well done - a soft smile formed on his face.

I couldn't help but let out a sigh when I heard those words.

Almost four years had passed since my training began and this had been the first time Aoki said I did something right, at least inside the dojo.

I wish I could say the same about my kenjutsu....

During all this time, I had progressed quite well with the fighting style, although we had not yet added chakra to my punches, due to certain... events that occurred during my first attempt to use the enhanced punches...

Hmm... I remember when I tried it....

Beginning of flashback.

- Are you ready son? - Aoki asked.

Father had taken me to a forest near the village to train the use of chakra-enhanced strikes.

- Yes - I answered, excited to learn how to use such devastating blows as Tsunade's.

- Very well, what you must do first is to concentrate chakra in the area with which you will strike, in this case, your right fist. Concentrate some chakra in it, but do

not lock it in one part, let it flow constantly through your fist, or the release of the chakra when you strike will make your hand explode.

- I understand.

Aoki proceeded to show me the right way to do.

I could see how a blue aura began to cover little by little his right fist. It moved in a constant flow and covered his whole hand, it was like watching the gentle movement of a sea without waves.

He concentrated the chakra in his fist for a few more seconds and then punched a tree hard. Said tree was ripped out of the ground roots and all, then sent flying by the force behind the punch.

- Great... - I muttered, looking at the path of destruction left by the tree.

- I know, I'm great - exclaimed Aoki, in an arrogant tone.

- Now me! - I couldn't hide my excitement at what I could do if I learned how to use this.

- Well, try to replicate what I did, but with less chakra. We don't want the same thing to happen as when you unlocked your chakra - he joked.

- Good.

The day I unlocked my chakra had been... interesting, to say the least... if we can call almost dying from lack of chakra "interesting".

Flashback within a flashback

- Very good dear, today I will teach you how to unblock your chakra, are you ready?

I nodded my head, completely thrilled that I could finally use chakra.

I went through the torture that father calls training, for 2 years, just to get to this moment.

- What should I do? - I asked, not bothering to hide my happiness.

- First tell me, do you remember all the hand signals? - he asked.

- Yes - I answered.

- Perfect, then sit down and close your eyes, then place your hands on the sign of the ram and concentrate.

I did as Akio had asked and sat down with my eyes closed, then placed my hands on the sign of the ram and concentrated.

- Okay, now just put your mind blank and focus on your body. Find the warmest feeling you can find and then try to mentally catch it.

- Very good.

I emptied my mind of anything and tried to look for what Akio had described as "a warm feeling."

All right, concentrate, how hard can it be to find a warm feeling inside someone's body?

I remained seated in the same position, without moving in the slightest, looking for the warm sensation that never appeared.

Oh come on, this is because I said it wouldn't be hard, right?!

As I was about to open my eyes and tell my mother that it wasn't working, I could see some sort of light blue light in the distance. Which was weird, because I had my eyes closed, but already in an almost desperate state, I tried to get closer to it. I could see how little by little the light was getting more intense, and after a few seconds it was replaced by water. The water of a sea, an incredibly vast sea. I couldn't help but appreciate the beauty of the view in front of me, it was almost... nostalgic...

When I was closer, I moved my hands and tried to touch the water, it felt warm. After that, I was suddenly filled with a feeling of intense warmth, it was as if I had stepped into the bathtub with hot water, it was a great feeling, like none I had ever experienced before. I embraced this new feeling, fearful that if I let go of it, it would be gone forever and I would never have the chance to hold it in my hands again.

I slowly opened my eyes to see my parents looking at me with surprise and alertness.

- Son, are you all right? You are releasing a lot of chakra, if you don't stop you will get hurt - said mother.

- Huh? Do I feel good? - I felt better than ever - What do you mean by releasing too much chakra?

Instinctively I looked at my hand and in it I could see a kind of aura of the same color as the sea I had seen before. It was a brilliant blue, more beautiful than anything I had ever seen before.

- Unbelievable... - muttered Aoki - So much chakra at such a young age....

For some reason, my father's words didn't quite reach my ears, it was as if I was dazed by something. After a few seconds, I began to feel anemic, I wanted to sleep, as if I had done an insane amount of exercise and was now lying on a soft cotton bed.

- I'm sleepy - I mumbled, letting out a yawn.

The last thing I could feel, were my parents' loud warning screams, and how my head hit something hard, then everything went dark.

The next day I woke up and my parents had told me that what happened was that I used all my chakra at once, which basically left me without it and almost caused my death. The only reason I was alive at the time was because Aoki had given me some of his chakra with mother's help.

End of second flashback

All right, concentrate...

I took a deep breath and held the air in my lungs for a moment, then let it out and did as my father had said. I slowly channeled chakra into my fist, causing a blue aura to begin to surround it.

Tch, it looked easier than it really was. I feel like I'm trying to hold back a river with my hands.

With much difficulty I made the chakra flow moderately into my hand and tried to punch a tree as Aoki had done, unfortunately, I had lost concentration millimeters before hitting the tree due to my excitement and ended up losing control, which led to me letting much more chakra than is truly healthy reach my fist.

This is going to hurt.

When my fist hit the target I felt a great pain run through my arm. It was a pain I had never felt before, it was as if my arm was fracturing into small pieces and those small fragments were embedded everywhere.

I let out a cry of pain as I fell to the ground trying not to move my now flaccid arm.

- Damn it Hideki, I told you to put little chakra! - Aoki shouted.

At that moment I couldn't care less what my father said, I was more focused on my broken arm.

- Damn it! - growled father as he lifted me off the ground and without any hand signal, created a water clone - Go in search of Akio, tell him to come as soon as possible.

The clone just nodded and ran as fast as possible towards the house.

- This will be painful, but you will have to endure it.

He quickly began to run over the trees, in the same direction the clone had gone.

With every jump Aoki took, I could feel the small bone fragments in my arm jumping back and forth. I had to bite my lip to keep from letting out another cry of pain.

Before we reached the village Akio had appeared, with clear concern on his face.

- Damn it Aoki, I told you I was too young to try something like that! - Akio shouted, pulling me out of Aoki's arms and setting me gently on the ground.

- If you have time to scold me for this, you'd better use it to cure him," Aoki growled.

- I won't have time to give you anesthesia, I'll have to repair your bone right now - Akio cursed - Here son, bite this, you're going to feel a lot of pain right now, but I'm sure you can handle it - he said, giving me some kind of leather tape.

Before I could say anything, I felt as if someone was roughly pulling out the pieces of bone that had become embedded in my arm and arranging them and then putting them together.

Obviously this whole process was extremely painful, and even worse because I was conscious. Apparently none of them had come up with the wonderful idea of knocking me out so I wouldn't feel this.

I could feel tears escaping my eyes and I bit down much harder on the piece of leather in my mouth.

End of flashback

After that horrible experience, I spent about 4 weeks with my arm in a cast, during all that time Akio had been annoyed with Aoki and would not speak to him unless absolutely necessary.

Although after those 4 weeks they were back together as usual....

On the other hand, I took advantage of that time when I could not practice taijutsu to improve my chakra control, as none of this would have happened if my control was better.

When my arm had fully recovered, I went back to practicing taijutsu at the dojo. Luckily, father thought of an alternative way for me to power up my strikes so that I would not need something as dangerous as chakra strikes. He decided that since I was too young to use weights, I would use gravity seals designed by mother to increase the strength of my punches and kicks, also to train my speed, which, it seemed, was the only thing I excelled at. According to mother, I was as fast as she

was when she had become a genin, which obviously filled me with pride.

Unfortunately, not everything can be roses. Aoki had tried to teach me his own style of kenjutsu, but it was horrible. I couldn't perform the kata well, I couldn't swing a practice sword properly, I couldn't defend myself, I was, at best, a total disaster. Then he decided to teach me Tobirama's personal style, but I sucked at that too, finally, he tried to get Akio to teach me the kenjutsu that the root ninja used, but even with that I couldn't learn how to use a sword properly, so the time we should have used on kenjutsu ended up being used on studying Fūinjutsu.

I wish I could say that I was an exceptional prodigy in Fūinjutsu, but the truth was that I had not yet begun to practice it. Akio had made it very clear that until my calligraphy was perfect, I would be strictly forbidden to practice the art of sealing.

- Alright son, we're done for the day, go take a bath and then head to the main room.

- May I ask what I am needed for in the main room?

- No.

- Okay - I bowed in a form of respect and then walked in the direction of the shower.

On my way out I stopped for a moment to look at the stars. I had been doing this quite a bit lately, after my evening workout I would stop for a moment at the door leading to the courtyard to watch the stars shining in the night.

*sigh* I'd give anything for some tea and bread... I think it'll be the first thing I'll do when I go to Konoha, look for a place that sells bread and tea. It would also be interesting to try ramen now that I think about it.

*One hour later

- I'm here - I said, entering the main room.

For a moment I stopped when I saw the whole dark room. I smelled a faint sweet smell and traces of chakra in the air. I quickly made the sign of the ram and released a burst of chakra, which caused my vision to flicker for a moment, freeing me from the illusion I had been in.

- Surprise! - Akio and Aoki suddenly exclaimed.

I looked at them with confusion, but then I saw the cake on the table and knew what it was.

Oh, so it's my birthday already? Time goes by fast... it's been 8 years since I reincarnated... 8 years since I died and 4 years since Aoki tortured me with the excuse of training...

I feigned a little surprise so my parents wouldn't feel bad about not getting anything from me by setting this up and let a smile creep onto my face.

- I didn't expect this," I said, approaching the table and plopping down on a seat.

- How could we not celebrate that our little champion is already 8 years old? - Aoki exclaimed, as he stroked my head.

Akio just nodded his head as he had a bright smile on his face.

As in previous years, we ate a feast prepared by mother, then we talked a bit and cut the cake that Aoki had helped prepare and of which he was completely proud. So proud that he cried when we cut it to eat it, he was sad because we had split his greatest creation, after his son.

Already used to my father's idiocies, I could only sigh, on the other hand, mother laughed a lot. She was always amused by the things Aoki did.

I think that's why he almost always makes them....

- All right son, it's time to open the gifts! - my father suddenly shouted.

Gifts? Normally I didn't get such a thing, it was simply congratulations, food and dessert, but I don't think I've received one since I was a baby.

- What gifts? - I asked.

- These," said Akio, as he pressed chakra into a seal on his wrist.

With a cloud of smoke, several boxes of different sizes and colors fell on the table.

Oh... those gifts...

I reached my hand over to lift one that appeared to have a note attached to it.

"To: Hideki Senju. From: Hiruzen Sarutobi."

- A gift from the Sandaime - I muttered, opening the note.

"Hello Hideki-kun, first of all, let me wish you a happy birthday, and apologize for not sending anything until now. Maintaining a village and completing huge mountains of paperwork daily leaves an old man with not enough time to pick out gifts, and I didn't want to send you something picked out by my secretary, that woman has very bad taste in this sort of thing... all right, jokes aside. Your father has told me that you have had trouble adapting to a kenjutsu style, but that you have great skill in close combat, so I hope this gift will be of use to you in the future. Well, I guess I should get back to work, my assistant just brought another

mountain of papers to sign. I look forward to the day you come to Konoha and we can get to know each other. Signed: Hiruzen Sarutobi, Sandaime hokage."

Curious, I removed the wrapping that covered the gift and I could see a small wooden box, I opened it and inside were two trench knives similar to the ones Asuma Sarutobi used in the anime. The only difference between these knives and the others was that these were made of a black steel and had the kanji for "fire" engraved on both blades.

- Great - I said, as a smile formed on my face, demonstrating my state of absolute happiness.

With great excitement, I took both knives and put them in my hands, followed by that, I jumped to stand up and did some taijutsu moves to see how they felt. They were incredible.

- It seems you liked the gift from hokage-sama," said Akio.

I blushed as I realized that I had completely forgotten that my parents were still there.

- I'm sorry," I muttered, sitting back down.

- Oh, don't worry son, it's good to know you're not a quiet, bitter child," said Aoki, draping his arm around my shoulders.

Before they could continue talking, I took another of the gifts. Just by touching it and seeing its shape, I could tell it was a book, which I didn't dislike, after all, reading had always been one of my hobbies.

I removed the book wrapper and could see a small note taped to the front cover.

"From: Shimura Danzo"

...I honestly don't know why I expected anything different from that guy. He has the emotions of a rock.

I removed the note and looked at the title of the book.

"Elementary manipulation for beginners."

- Wow, looks like sensei sent you one of his books," exclaimed Aoki in surprise.

- One of your books? - I asked.

- Yes, that's a book he wrote himself. If I remember correctly, in his office there was a small shelf full of books that he had written himself, but he never let me read them.

A book on nature manipulation written by Shimura Danzo. This could be interesting.

I put the book aside and picked up one of the gifts that had captured my attention from the beginning. This gift was much smaller than the rest, indeed, it was so small that it could fit in the palm of my hand.

When I opened it, I could see a small sheet of paper with several kanji written on it, I instantly knew it was a storage seal because of all the books on Fūinjutsu I had read.

- Looks like you found mine," Akio said suddenly.

- It's a storage seal, isn't it? - I asked, already knowing the answer.

- Yes, but not a normal one. It is a storage seal designed by me. It has twice the storage capacity, a feature that will allow you to put things like food in it and it won't spoil, it will also retain the temperature you put it in the seal. And last but not least, the seal is practically invisible, or well, to be more precise, it has a camouflage function. When you stick it somewhere on your body, it will take the color of the part where you put it and it will camouflage, only you will know where it is and if you want it to be seen, you just have to send a small pulse of chakra - he replied, puffing out his chest with pride for his work.

I must admit that it is impressive.

Curious to see how the camouflage worked, I placed the small seal on the back of my hand and from one moment to the next it disappeared, then I sent a small pulse of chakra to the area where I knew the seal was and it became visible.

- That's great - I said, as I sent another chakra pulse and the seal disappeared again.

- I know, after all, I did it - exclaimed Akio with a tone of arrogance.

- Very well, let's stop flattering your mother's seals and look at my gift, I'm sure you'll like it better - said Aoki, taking a somewhat elongated envelope.

Curious, I removed the wrapper to realize that what was inside was a parchment.

- What is it? - I asked.

- That, my dear son, is your inheritance.

- Heredity?

- Yes, that scroll that you hold in your hands, was created by your grandfather,

Tobirama Senju, and was inherited to me by my mother, now I inherit it to you, and I hope that someday you will do the same with your own son. Within it, are each and every one of the jutsu that your grandfather and I created, I hope that when you create your own you will also put them there for your future children to learn.

Wow... I don't know how to feel about that....

- Eh... I don't know what to say... thanks dad - I said, happy for the gift and excited to have in my hands what was probably an endless source of jutsu of all kinds.

- Just say this gift is better than your mother's and I'll be satisfied," Aoki murmured in my ear.

- I heard you," Akio growled.

As I listened to them fight, I realized that there was still one gift left unopened, so I reached out and took the small envelope. Inside was a photograph of my parents holding me in their arms when I was still a baby.

I couldn't stop a small tear from coming out of one of my eyes. I had never had a picture of me with my family before in my past life, due to the fact that I didn't like the fact that people had pictures of me, but... this picture looked beautiful to me, I couldn't stop looking at the smile full of happiness of my parents.

I quickly wiped away the tear that had rolled down from my right eye before either of us could notice it.

The evening passed without any major problems other than the occasional playful argument from my parents, and I was starting to get a little sleepy, so I decided it was time for me to go to bed.

- I think it's time for me to go to sleep, I'm a little sleepy - I said, getting up from my seat.

- Have a good rest - they both said.

- You too," I replied, as I walked away in the direction of my room.

As I walked through the quiet halls of the house, I got to thinking.

Hum... weapons to use in my taijutsu, a book of elemental manipulation, a scroll full of jutsu that are possibly high level and an invisible seal that I can put almost an infinite number of things in. It was a good birthday.

I went into my room, closing the door behind me and activating the seals that mother had installed so that Aoki wouldn't try to come in in the mornings to try to douse me with a bucket of water.

*The next day

I was so excited to use my gifts that I could hardly sleep, so I decided to start my training early, I did my warm-up exercises and then went over to one of the training dummies and started with my taijutsu katas, but this time with my trench knives.

This feels great, now not only can I deliver powerful blows in quick succession, but I can also cause big cuts with the knives. I may have little respect for Hiruzen Sarutobi as a hokage, but I must admit that right now I adore him for this gift.

Out of curiosity, I tried adding some chakra to the knives, as I had remembered Asuma using his that way, but unlike him, I still didn't know how to use wind chakra, or even if I had such a thing to begin with.

Since my jutsu training had been limited in simple things like Henge, Bunshin and Kawarimi, at least until I mastered them enough that it only took one or two hand signals to use them and in the case of Kawarimi, none, I hadn't had the need to know my chakra nature, as I was happy enough just switching places with random

things and transforming into old lady Yoko to cause heart attack scares for my father.

Heh... that last one was fun....

He had also learned 2 quite useful genjutsus. The first one was: Magen; Narakumi no Jutsu. A genjutsu that reveals the fears that reside inside people's hearts. The second one was: Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu. A genjutsu that changes the appearance of a nearby object or area in order to disorient the opponent.

Hum... now that I think about it, I don't know any direct attack ninjutsu, only techniques that would allow me to avoid confrontation. I must remedy that as soon as possible... but first I'll play with the knives some more.

I channeled some chakra into both knives and watched in fascination as the blades became covered with a blue aura. I threw a slash at the head of the practice dummy and at first nothing happened, before I could try again, I could appreciate how the head slowly slid down before falling completely to the ground. A wild grin formed on my face at the thought of the possibilities this new weapon granted me.

I quickly started with my katas, but this time with both knives imbued with chakra, or that was the idea, but I was interrupted by the arrival of one of the Anbu working as security next to father.

- Where is Aoki-sama? I need to talk to him urgently - exclaimed the Anbu in a tone of alertness that I had never heard before in one of them.

What has you so worried?

Without thinking twice, I pointed in the direction of the house and replied.

- Right now he should be having breakfast in the main room.

- Thank you.

The man shot off in the direction I pointed and I could see him sliding the door without any care, alerting the people inside. I moved a little closer as I was curious and channeled chakra into my ears to listen to what they were saying.

- What's this all about! - Aoki exclaimed, annoyed that someone would come into his home like this.

- I'm sorry Aoki-sama, but it's an emergency. Two renegade ninjas have entered the village, our sensor has confirmed that one of them has almost as much chakra as you and the other possesses vile and disgusting chakra, I was sent to find you and ask for orders.

I could hear how father suddenly stood up and spoke to the now kneeling Anbu.

- Do you know their identities? - Aoki asked, his tone deadly serious.

- Yes, sir. One of them is a renegade S-ranked ninja from Takigakure, his name is Kakuzu, the second one is another renegade S-ranked ninja, although this one comes from Yugakure, his name is Hidan.

- What the hell are two renegade S-class ninjas doing in a town like this?

- I don't know, sir, but we have confirmed that they have killed at least 5 civilians before they got here.

- Tch, damn it. Tell everyone to stay alert and at a safe distance, no one is to confront them, I'll go myself to see what this is all about, send an urgent message to Konoha, tell them we need reinforcements.

- Understood - after saying that, the Anbu disappeared.

Kakuzu and Hidan? What the hell are those two doing here? Isn't akatsuki not supposed to show up until they try to kidnap Naruto? This doesn't make any sense.

- Hideki! - shouted father.

Faster than ever, I moved in front of my father and knelt in the same way the Anbu had done before.

- Yes, Father?

- Put this on and get ready, this will be your first glimpse of a real fight between shinobi - he said, making an Anbu-like outfit appear out of a cloud of smoke.

Huh, are you asking me to go to a place where there are two S-class ninjas? Has this guy gone crazy? What should I do? If I refuse, there will surely be a punishment, but if I go, I'll surely die... tch, damn it Aoki, you don't leave me much choice you bastard.

I didn't let any of my thoughts show on my face and simply nodded and then grabbed the suit father had given me and headed to my room.

- Are you sure I should go? - Akio asked.

- A confrontation like this will be helpful to him, he will know how strong the ninja are out there and it will teach him to never get overconfident. If he sees a fight like this before he becomes a genin, he is likely to be less shocked when he finds himself in a real combat situation once he is put on a genin team.

- Do you think there will be any movement on the part of Iwa or any of his associates? - Akio asked.

- It's possible. From what Jiraiya-sama discovered, Kakuzu and Hidan are part of a criminal organization that has been making a name for itself in the underworld, and Iwa has hired them for assassination missions before.

- Well, then I'm going too. I can't let you die and then become a widow.

- Heh, you wish, I'm freaking Aoki Senju, a couple of missing S-class ninjas, who are probably involved in an ultra-powerful organization trying to conquer the world won't be enough to defeat me - he exclaimed, with an arrogant tone - Now I want you ready in 5 minutes, then we'll head to the targets.

- Understood.

As I took off my clothes, I looked closely at the suit Aoki had given me. It was a full body black jumpsuit with a high collar, a breastplate, shoulder pads and arm guards made of a light but tough gray colored steel, black gloves with metal plates on the back of the hands and some bandages and tape, there was also a pair of sandals that covered the heel and tendon.

Once I had my uniform fully equipped, I ran to the main room, where my parents were waiting for me.

- Sorry to keep you waiting, I'm ready now.

- We'll have to work out how long it takes you to get equipped when we get back," said Aoki, "Now, follow me.

My parents propelled themselves with chakra to the top of the wall that surrounded our property and began to move along the rooftops of the houses, heading towards the center of town, I followed them as best I could, but I was not used to this kind of attire and there were times when I was late because of it.

- Hideki, when we arrive you will stay at a safe distance, just watch, don't interfere,

don't shout, don't do anything, just watch and wait. Have you understood everything? - Aoki asked, with a tone of command I had never heard from him before.

- Yes! - I answered.

- Well, Akio, you will stay close to Hideki for his protection, if you see that I need help ask one of the Anbu to take your place protecting him, then come.

- Understood.

We kept jumping from rooftop to rooftop with the sole objective of finding the renegade ninjas who thought it would be a good idea to enter our home without a second thought.
