"Please calm down," Hiroshi began pleading once again as he raised his hand to touch Haruki's arm, but his hand was hit hard away from Haruki.
Haruki met Hiroshi's gaze, which was marked by pure disgust evident in his obsidian eyes. He looked down at Hiroshi's hand that had reached for him and raised his head to look into Hiroshi's eyes before turning away to the door.
Hiroshi didn't give up but reached to block the door again, even at the expense of a potential injury from the door hitting him.
"Could you listen to me, please?" Hiroshi asked in pure desperation.
Haruki didn't spare him a glance as he opened the door and got into the car. Hiroshi stopped him just before he could close the door. Hiroshi begged again and again, repeating his explanations over and over, as he prevented Haruki from closing the door of his car.
The man's desperation in his pleas filled Haruki's ears, weighing heavily on his shoulders. It forced him to turn his face to the doctor.
