Dai Song and Dr. Duor stayed outside the city while Xu Huo and Li Kun avoided the gatekeeping mechanical beings and entered the New District Government City. However, the scene before them truly shocked them. Streets, houses, factories… Almost everything visible had been bombed, and most of the activity on the streets came from mechanical beings. Some of these mechanical beings were destroying buildings, while others dragged survivors from the ruins or hiding places and executed them!
This clearly wasn't the first round of massacre because many places had red drag marks, though no corpses were seen. Those being dragged out weren't players or outsiders; judging from their attire, they must be residents of the New District Government. Some were even trying to use interference devices to disrupt the mechanical beings, but it was completely ineffective as the mechanical beings continued their killings relentlessly.
