"The reason we went to Italy is that we received intel stating that you have very close ties to the Dark Web, and you are highly likely to have taken control of it. One of your former subordinates, a guy named Ricardo, has been in Italy for quite some time. So, we believe Ricardo is likely handling the Dark Web business on your behalf."
Scott shrugged and continued, "I don't know where this information originated from, but after the director got the intel, he arranged for us to head to Italy as quickly as possible. I was one of the members of this task force. However, as soon as we arrived, we received new orders saying that the intel from Italy might be a smokescreen set up by you. We were instructed to proceed to Warsaw immediately. Someone arranged our itinerary, and then I 'coincidentally' ended up on the same plane as you."
Scott finished speaking, then said seriously, "I think someone in your circle might be leaking information."
"It's not a leak. Someone's covering for me."
