"Okay, all of you can calm down now..."
My mutter fell on deaf ears as the various monsters surged forwards once more, this second wave appearing to be just as irritatingly complete as the last one had been; my muscles had begun to ache and I was starting to wonder if the curve had actually been exponential.
This was a far more dangerous and terrifying set of enemies then I had dealt with in round five, and with this being the halfway point of this solo Trial, well... what kind of insane monsters would be on rounds nine through twelve?
Right now I was facing off against strong and fast Werewolves, slower but tanky as hell tortoise shelled golems, very vocal and eager Harpies, and so much more, all in a single wave of nearly two and a half dozen monsters total.
