The wounds of war need time to heal.
With the end of the Plane War, the situation in the Eastern Country has clearly improved. Though some incidents still occur near the Jianghu Sea, they are within the guard range of the stationed combat forces.
In fact, the Eastern Country has already started rearranging its coastal layout.
The original defensive frontlines can still be retained, but reconstruction of ports and cities in the surrounding areas has begun, and some populations are starting to return to their native soil.
Of course, as always, priority is given to "foreign nationals."
This initiative is also tied to the All Professionals education plan. The safety of coastal regions is undoubtedly lower than that of the inland areas. As a large number of Newborn professionals grow and mature, at least they can protect themselves.
And as long as the population base of people taking this path increases, geniuses will naturally emerge.
