It was a brown bear.
A mutated brown bear in a semi-evolved state.
Twice the size of a regular brown bear, its claws sharp, its gaping maw filled with two rows of pointed teeth. Because the staff of the fighting arena had forcibly injected it with a serum, the bear's eyes were riddled with red veins, looking as if they might bleed at any moment.
Roar—
The brown bear let out an angry roar, leaning forward, its hefty paws pounding heavily on the ground.
The shouting from the stands greatly agitated it.
And it had noticed the only prey in the arena—Hannah.
"Kill her! Kill her! Kill her!!!"
The people shouted, as if they couldn't wait to see Hannah's blood splatter right there and then.
On the left side of the arena, betting had started; everyone was placing bets on Hannah to lose, although a few risk-takers had bet on her to win.
"This is a 1 to 50 odd, if I win, I could take back ten thousand glass stones!"
