News of Rion’s victory reached the pack before he and Eva returned with our warriors. I got a detailed report of the battle, including the injuries that Eva had sustained. My heart went out to her and the other warriors, and I wished there was something I could do for them.
As I thought about it, I imagined that after such an intense battle between our warriors, the pack would appreciate hosting our first official Moon Ball. We were beyond blessed to still be alive and to be in a time of peace. It was only right that we had a grand celebration.
