The next day
Beep! Beep! Beep~
Calamity was woken by the sudden sound of the alarm she had set on her phone from last night to tell her that she needed to wake up from her bed, that she didn't want to get off from. She was in the middle of a good dream, yet memorized to be raised for another day of school in the morning.
She covers her face with her pillow, annoyed that she had to face people and include her shitty step-siblings who went to the same school as her.
Fuck, that was a good dream just to be ruined by my goddamn alarm, she groans, tossing her pillow to the side, slowly sitting up from her bed, to stop the alarm that was near the drawers right next to her, before getting out of bed.
Calamity would be the second person to wake up early in the morning before everyone else. She knew this because Layla would put ice cold water on her from the bedroom to prepare breakfast. She did it before when her dad went to work, leaving his only daughter alone with his wife.
Now, Calamity wakes up extra early in the morning, so her stepmother won't cause her any issues. Saving some time, she quickly fixed her bed before taking a quick shower. "This is going to be a long day, I swear," she muttered under her breath, leading the way to the bathroom.

Quickly getting dressed for school, she made her way downstairs to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for Layla and her kids. Annoyed by all three of them being in her house, she never gets the freedom to do whatever she wants to do anymore. She hates them, but she wants to keep them as positive as possible.
To keep it simple, she made three fresh omelets with orange juice and some pancakes. She loves cooking and baking, but she probably enjoys drawing and painting. She doesn't usually tell anyone about it other than her dad.
She glances at the time, it was the time for them to get up. Calamity didn't want to be in the way, so she quickly left the kitchen, making her way to the garbage, grabbing her bike. She shut the garage door behind her so that nobody wouldn't hear her. She knew she didn't want to get caught by her stepmother, to make her late for school.
Calamity pressed the switch for the garage door to open, her eyes squirting by the brightness of the sudden light of the sunshine coming through the neighborhood.
She hopped on her bike, riding off from her home, hoping it would be a normal day knowing it won't.
