When Felix heard Oswald's words he began to hurriedly search his pockets for the Vault Key, Until he found it 8 seconds later in his right back pocket.

Felix then gave Oswald the key, When Oswald got the key he opened the key slot and put the key and flipped it into right.
Oswald then stepped back the Vault door automatically opening, Showing a mountain of Gold Galleons.
The room inside is similar to the Potter's Vault in the movies, But comparing that to what's infront of Felix is like comparing a chicken to a phoenix, What's infront of Felix is a mountain of Gold Galleons.

Felix then decided to sit down in the Mine-Cart this time prepared for the incoming problem.

Felix said to himself unbeknownst to him Oswald heard this and decided to do a little prank to Felix, So Oswald decided to set the speed to max.
