In the premium ward, Rebecca Quentin, already dressed, stood by the window, quietly gazing at the scenery outside.
"Young Mistress!" A respectful call interrupted Rebecca Quentin's thoughts.
Rebecca Quentin turned her head to see the Geoffrey family's butler approaching with a thermos. "You're here," she greeted, as cordially as ever.
The butler placed the thermos on the table and said considerately, "Your family's servants might not be as skilled at making soup as I am. Since you haven't returned to the Quentin family home yet, I made you a pot of black chicken soup. It's very nourishing."
As soon as the butler opened the lid, an inviting aroma immediately filled the ward.
"Thank you." Rebecca Quentin accepted the nourishing soup the butler offered, took a delicate sip, a faint smile on her face. "It's delicious."
The butler replied kindly, "Then please, have some more."
"Alright."
