His dark eyes darkened against the light. He had dark hair and fair porcelain skin with rather delicate features. His pretty face frowned in displeasure at her.
it was a look that she was used to.
He lifted a hand towards her hair and she recoiled alittle which made Khai sigh.
Suddenly, he unsheathed a sword and silently aimed for her heart in the most unprofessional way. Freia frowned at the the sword when she dodged it skilfully.
"You're not Khai, who are you?" she frowned.
Such sloppy swordplay and such sloppy footwork. This was obviously not Khai.
It was just an impersonator! But, who?
The impersonator's eyes widened and she seized the opportunity to grab the sword from him and she aimed it at his heart. It was all too familiar - this scene. Her going for his heart, she smiled thinly at the irony of things.
"Grr..." Fake Khai gave an odd sound and she looked lost.
Suddenly, he disappeared and in its place was a puffy round black ball of fur that resembled a round ball with cuddly features.
It clung onto her legs in a very fond manner.
"What are you doing? Hey, hey, stop clinging onto my leg!" she tried to shake it off when Jun very conveniently appeared after her.
"There you are, piggy! Where did you go?" Jun gave an annoyed look at Freia who was still trying to shake the little beast away. She was just about to explain the entire situation when Jun stopped in his tracks.
"Wait a minute, isn't this one of the diamons tier mystical beasts?" he stared in disbelief at how the little sucker was hugging Freia.
He was just about to touch it when it changed into a terrifying black beast that spooked him entirely. Jun cowered and hid behind Freia in fear.
Freia sighed loudly; her arms akimbo and she rubbed her temples. She was getting really tired.
It had been a long day and all she wanted to do was to crash onto her bed and sleep a full day's worth of rest without any issues bothering her.
The terrifying creature became a fur ball once again when it saw how tired Freia was and it bobbed onto her shoulders and tried to pat her.
Jun stood up and tried to explain, "This rare beast is a dream catcher, each generation only produces one heir so it's really precious. it portrays the user's worst nightmare and people have gone insane from its effects as it is capable of spinning a plausible reality spell that causes the person to be caught in its web forever. But, that's only when it's older. This beast is a really young one.... and it's usually not so affectionate," Jun studied it and it bared it's fangs and hissed at Jun in an agitated manner.
Jun jumped back and he quickly hid behind Freia.
"I guess I've found you a beast? Am I allowed to sleep now?" Freia murmured coolly and Jun slid a worried eye at the beast and quickly nodded his head.
He was about to say that the beast seemed to be Freia's rather than his but he kept his mouth shut and left quickly.

Once they were gone, a girl stepped out from behind the wall, "Young Master, I saw that. That girl has an exact replica of you in her mind, should we investigate further?" Mae asked with her head bent low. She was tasked to protect this young lad who had been appointed as the new Head of the secret agency. It didn't hurt that he had killer looks to die for too. The Second Prince shook his head lightly, "It's fine, leave it," Mae nodded before the Second Prince paused, "It'll only speed up our plans further," the Second Prince murmured.
"Yes, my lord, so you'll be continuing with the charade?" Mae asked and the Second Prince frowned. Mae realised that she had asked a silly question. She quickly apologised and bowed and left the premises, leaving the Second Prince alone in his much appreciated silence.
