[4 years later]
"Post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic stress and acute memory loss, chronic insomnia, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorders… and you name it." A voice spoke through the phone. "I've been monitoring this child for the past 4 years and performed all sorts of therapy. I haven't been able to make him feel better even by an inch.
In my past 40 years of psychotherapy, I've never seen someone as hurt as him. And these are just the mental health issues. His physical health is far worse than that.
I was asked to look after him by the General, so I never leaked any information. But this is beyond my expertise. I do understand that the child is in the military, and these health issues are common in that respect but… This is just insane.
Now that the child is being sent to the US, I am adamant about requesting enough medical care for the child. I do realize that the child always belonged to the US, and he is merely just returning.
