The reason Qiao mentioned not stopping midway wasn't out of fear of being surrounded by zombies, but out of fear of attracting zombie cockroaches.
"Once zombie cockroaches are attracted, they will relentlessly pursue us. Shaking them off can be very troublesome,"
Qiao said as he sat next to the seat at the doorway of the minibus, speaking to the Heart Talk Team.
"Do zombie cockroaches have any particular patterns in their distribution? Like specific locations you already know of,"
Su Jin asked.
"We know of a total of five large zombie cockroach nests, but there are also many smaller nests within the city. Those don't have any particular distribution pattern,"
Qiao sighed, as the zombie cockroaches were currently the country's biggest problem. He feared the Heart Talk Team would end up staying here for several months.
