There resides a 5A tourist attraction called Bao Park. It is said to be dedicated to a renowned official from before the last three dynasties.
Sixteen years ago.
The park was ravaged by a meteor shower, causing it to fall into ruin. Afterwards, storms raged and exotic beasts roamed, and Bao Park was then occupied by a mutated old turtle.
Until six years ago.
A Superpower King appeared in Bao Park, wielding a Wind and Fire Hammer in his iron arms, he smashed the old turtle's shell to pieces.
And took over Bao Park.
Since then.
This Superpower King was revered by the evolvers of Bahe City as the 'Iron Arm King'. Using Bao Park as his base, he gathered experts from all around to become a powerful force spanning across Yaohai District and Lu Yang District.
On par with the Xiao Yaojin to the north, and even more so with the Yaohai Park further north.
